Przedmiotem zgłoszenia jest urządzenie do wytwarzania kapsułek, korzystnie biopolimerowych, które charakteryzuje się tym, że zawiera: pojemnik (1) na substraty, zaopatrzony w króćce technologiczne, w tym przynajmniej jeden króciec wlotowy (2), przynajmniej jedną dyszę (3), przynajmniej jeden króciec wylotowy (13); pojemnik (4) na roztwór kapsułkujący, zlokalizowany poniżej pojemnika (1), pod dyszami (3), zaopatrzony w wycięcie (19) znajdujące się w szczytowej części tego pojemnika; ruchome sito (7), zainstalowane w przestrzeni wewnętrznej pojemnika (4) na roztwór kapsułkujący, o średnicy oczek mniejszej, niż średnica wytwarzanych kapsułek, nachylone względem dna pojemnika (4) z roztworem kapsułkującym; rynnę zsypową (10), zlokalizowaną w okolicy wycięcia (19) znajdującego się w szczytowej części pojemnika (4) z roztworem kapsułkującym, technologicznie zlokalizowaną za sitem (7); pojemnik (6) nadmiarowy, połączony z pojemnikiem (4) na roztwór kapsułkujący w sposób umożliwiający odpływ nadmiaru cieczy z pojemnika (4) na roztwór kapsułkujący, najlepiej połączony przez przewód sztywny.The subject of the application is a device for producing capsules, preferably biopolymer capsules, which is characterized in that it comprises: a container (1) for substrates, provided with technological nozzles, including at least one inlet nozzle (2), at least one nozzle (3), at least one outlet nozzle (13); a container (4) for the encapsulating solution, located below the container (1), under the nozzles (3), provided with a cut-out (19) located in the top part of this container; a movable sieve (7), installed in the internal space of the container (4) for the encapsulating solution, with a mesh diameter smaller than the diameter of the capsules being produced, inclined in relation to the bottom of the container (4) with the encapsulating solution; a chute (10), located in the vicinity of the cut-out (19) located in the top part of the container (4) with the encapsulating solution, technologically located behind the sieve (7); an excess container (6) connected to the container (4) for the encapsulating solution in a way that allows excess liquid to drain from the container (4) for the encapsulating solution, preferably connected by a rigid conduit.
