Abstract

Przedmiotem zgłoszenia jest system automatyzacji procesu produkcji wyrobów polimerowych na wtryskarce (12) z wykorzystaniem wielozadaniowego modułu rozładowczego (1), charakteryzującego się tym, że operacja rozładowania wyrobów polimerowych z formy wtryskowej (11) jest realizowana w sposób zautomatyzowany za pomocą wspomnianego modułu. Moduł ten wyposażony jest w system wypychaczy (3), system nadmuchowy (7) oraz system szczotek (4) z okładzinami silikonowymi (6), które umożliwiają precyzyjne usuwanie wyrobów z formy przy jednoczesnym zachowaniu integralności wyrobu i jego powierzchni.
