Wirnik prosumenckiej siłowni wiatrowej o pionowej osi obrotu charakteryzuje się tym, że posiada co najmniej jedną przestawialną kierownicę stacjonarną, środkową (6) usytuowaną na wejściu do czynnej części wirnika i co najmniej trzy łopatki (2) mocowane swoimi końcami do tarczy dolnej i tarczy górnej osadzonych na wale siłowni (1), przy czym górna końcówka wału (1) jest łożyskowana w poprzecznym łożysku osadzonym w belce konstrukcji nośnej kierownicy (6), a w otoczeniu wirnika, po jego strome biernej znajduje się osłona (7).The rotor of a prosumer wind turbine with a vertical axis of rotation is characterized in that it has at least one adjustable stationary, central guide vane (6) located at the entrance to the active part of the rotor and at least three blades (2) attached with their ends to the lower disc and the upper disc mounted on the turbine shaft (1), wherein the upper end of the shaft (1) is mounted in a cross-bearing mounted in the beam of the guide vane support structure (6), and there is a cover (7) around the rotor, on its passive side.
