Abstract

Przedmiotem zgłoszenia jest dwufazowy sposób degradacji odpadów polimerowych i rozdzielania frakcji węglowodorowych, produktów degradacji polimerów, w którym procesy pierwszej i drugiej fazy prowadzi się w atmosferze bezciśnieniowej, w komorach grzejnych reaktorów, niezależnie, odpady polimerowe w postaci stałej, podaje się do komory grzejnej rektora topienia, tak, że formuje się z nich jednorodny pod względem grubości strumień; przenośnikiem przesuwa się odpady poprzez całą długość, jednocześnie ogrzewając do całkowitego upłynnienia, do węzła dozowania polimerów płynnych, który podaje je na przenośnik paletowy komory grzejnej reaktora pirolizy tak, że formuje się strumień o takiej samej strukturze przekroju płynnego polimeru, który przesuwa się przez całą długość komory grzejnej reaktora, do węzła odbioru substancji stałych pirolizy, a z obu komór grzejnych reaktorów, podczas prowadzenia procesów topienia i pirolizy odbiera się w sposób ciągły produkty roztapiania i pirolizy, przy czym gazowa mieszanina pary wodnej, azotu i węglowodorów, kierowana jest do węzła schładzania i kondensacji reaktora topienia, gdzie prowadzi się schłodzenie, kondensację i rozdzielenie węglowodorów, na grupy frakcji o odpowiadającym im zakresom temperatur wrzenia. Przedmiotem zgłoszenia jest także instalacja do degradacji i rozdziału produktów degradacji odpadów polimerowych obejmująca dwa reaktory, z których jeden jest reaktorem topienia, a drugi jest reaktorem pirolizy, a każdy z reaktorów zbudowany jest z modułów reakcyjnych, których komory grzejne tworzą jedną, hermetycznie gazowo-szczelną przestrzeń reakcyjną, każdy pojedynczy moduł reakcyjny tworzą: komora grzejna, układ grzejny, złożony z grzałek elektrycznych, rozłożony na zewnętrznych powierzchniach płyt komory grzejnej, układu izolacji termicznej, króćców odprowadzających gazowe mieszaniny produktów procesów oraz obudowy zewnętrznej modułu reakcyjnego; w reaktorach niezależnie zamontowane są zasuwy na otworach podawania do komór grzejnych odpadów polimerowych w postaci stałej lub w postaci płynnej oraz zasuwy na otworach odbioru produktów przemian międzyfazowych z komór grzejnych reaktorów, przestrzenie reakcyjne komór grzejnych rozdzielone są układem syfonowo dozującym.The subject of the application is a two-phase method for degradation of polymer waste and separation of hydrocarbon fractions, polymer degradation products, in which the first and second phase processes are carried out in a pressureless atmosphere, in the heating chambers of the reactors, independently, the polymer waste in solid form is fed to the heating chamber of the melting reactor so that a stream of uniform thickness is formed from it; the waste is moved by a conveyor along its entire length, simultaneously heating it until it is completely liquefied, to the liquid polymer dosing unit, which feeds it onto the pallet conveyor of the pyrolysis reactor's heating chamber so that a stream with the same cross-sectional structure of the liquid polymer is formed, which moves along the entire length of the reactor's heating chamber, to the pyrolysis solids collection unit, and from both reactor heating chambers, during the melting and pyrolysis processes, melting and pyrolysis products are continuously collected, while the gaseous mixture of steam, nitrogen and hydrocarbons is directed to the melting reactor's cooling and condensation unit, where the hydrocarbons are cooled, condensed and separated into fraction groups with corresponding boiling point ranges. The subject of the application is also an installation for the degradation and separation of polymer waste degradation products comprising two reactors, one of which is a melting reactor and the other is a pyrolysis reactor, each reactor being constructed of reaction modules whose heating chambers form one, hermetically gas-tight reaction space, each individual reaction module being composed of: a heating chamber, a heating system consisting of electric heaters distributed on the external surfaces of the heating chamber plates, a thermal insulation system, connectors for discharging gaseous mixtures of process products and the external housing of the reaction module; the reactors are independently fitted with gate valves on the openings for feeding polymer waste in solid or liquid form to the heating chambers, and gate valves on the openings for receiving interphase transformation products from the heating chambers of the reactors, the reaction spaces of the heating chambers are separated by a siphon-dosing system.
