Abstract

Przedmiot zgłoszenia dotyczy wymiennika ciepła z przemianą fazową zawierającego płytę (1) wymiennika, zespół rurowy (10), przez który przepływa czynnik roboczy, elementy grzejne rozmieszczone bezpośrednio pod płytą (1) wymiennika bądź wbudowane w nią oraz układ hydrauliczny z zespołem sterowania ze sterownikiem, przy czym płyta wymiennika (1) z zespołem rurowym (10) i elementami grzejnymi jest zanurzona w zbiorniku wypełnionym ciekłym czynnikiem zmiennofazowym, korzystnie wodą, charakteryzujący się tym, że płyta (1) wymiennika jest usytuowana w pobliżu dna zbiornika wypełnionego czynnikiem zmiennofazowym, korzystnie poziomo, w taki sposób, aby nad płytą (1) wymiennika znajdował się słup czynnika zmiennofazowego, korzystnie wody, i posiada pewną liczbę występów, rozmieszczonych jeden obok drugiego w równoległych rzędach na całej powierzchni płyty (1) wymiennika, przy czym występy mają kształt podłużnych brył prostopadłościennych o podstawie wybranej spośród: wielokąta bądź figury utworzonej z fragmentów krzywych, w tym figury utworzonej z fragmentów elips i ścianach bocznych, które zbiegają się pod kątem w części wierzchołkowej występu, przy czym część wierzchołkowa ma postać wierzchołka, w którym ściany boczne zbiegają się pod kątem á wynoszącym od 30° do 120°, korzystnie pod kątem á między 45° a 90°, w postaci wybranej spośród: wierzchołka o ostro zakończonej krawędzi, wierzchołka ściętego bądź wierzchołka zaopatrzonego w biegnącą wzdłuż części wierzchołkowej występu gniazdową część wypukłą.The subject of the application concerns a phase change heat exchanger comprising an exchanger plate (1), a pipe assembly (10) through which a working medium flows, heating elements arranged directly under the exchanger plate (1) or built into it, and a hydraulic system with a control unit with a controller, wherein the exchanger plate (1) with the pipe assembly (10) and the heating elements is immersed in a tank filled with a liquid phase change medium, preferably water, characterized in that the exchanger plate (1) is situated near the bottom of the tank filled with a liquid phase change medium, preferably water, in such a way that a column of phase change medium, preferably water, is located above the exchanger plate (1) and has a number of projections arranged next to each other in parallel rows over the entire surface of the exchanger plate (1), wherein the projections have the shape of elongated cuboidal solids with a base selected from: a polygon or a figure made of fragments curves, including a figure formed from fragments of ellipses and side walls which converge at an angle at the top part of the projection, wherein the top part is in the form of a vertex in which the side walls converge at an angle α ranging from 30° to 120°, preferably at an angle α between 45° and 90°, in a form chosen from: a vertex with a sharp edge, a truncated vertex or a vertex provided with a socket-shaped convex part running along the top part of the projection.
