Abstract

Przedmiotem zgłoszenia jest biodegradowalna agrowłóknina na bazie grzybni pleśni z dodatkami mas włóknistych i sposób jej wytwarzania. Biodegradowalna agrowłóknina charakteryzuje się tym, że stanowi biokompozyt dezaktywowanej grzybni pleśni oraz dodatków włóknistych w postaci celulozowej masy iglastej bielonej lub celulozowej masy iglastej bielonej i włókien konopi lub bawełny, zawierający 30 g suchej masy iglastej bielonej uwodnionej w 5 litrach wody, 10% - 40% suchej rozdrobnionej biomasy grzybni pleśni w odniesieniu do suchej masy celulozowej, 10% - 20% rozdrobnionych włókien konopi lub bawełny w odniesieniu do suchej masy celulozowej. Sposób wytwarzania kompozytu agrowłókniny polega na hodowli grzybni pleśni, dezaktywacji grzybni, separacji grzybni, suszeniu grzybni, homogenizacji masy biokompozytu, rozwłóknianiu masy biokompozytu, formowaniu arkusza biokompozytu, suszeniu biokompozytu.
