Abstract
Przedmiotem zgłoszenia jest system tynków i gładzi akumulacyjno-izolacyjnych nałożonego warstwami na podłożu, w szczególności pionowym (3), charakteryzujący się tym, że składa się z co najmniej jednej warstwy gładzi akumulacyjnej (5), której 100% masy stanowi mieszanka: wody, zwilżacza, dyspergatora, odpieniacza, zagęstnika, hydrofobizatora, włókna, węglana wapnia, zeolitu, glinki kaolinowej, dyspersji VeoVA, dyspersji polikrzemowej oraz wapna, przy czym zawartość poszczególnych składników mieści się w następujących zakresach: woda od 30% do 40%, zwilżacz od 0,05% do 0,2% , dyspergator od 0,05% do 0,2%, odpieniacz od 0,3% do 0,5%, zagęstnik od 1% do 4%, hydrofobizator od 0,3% do 0,5%, włókna od 0,2% do 0,5%, węglan wapnia od 40% do 65%, zeolit od 5% do 10%, glinka kaolinowa od 2% do 10%, dyspersji VeoVA od 0,3% do 0,5%, dyspersja polikrzemowej od 0,5% do 2% oraz wapno od 2% do 5%, z co najmniej dwóch warstw podkładu polikrzemianowego (2, 4), których 100% masy stanowi mieszanka: szkła wodnego, zwilżacza, bieli chlorkowej, talku, zagęstnika, dyspersji polikrzemianowej, odpieniacza, przy czym zawartość poszczególnych składników mieści się w następujących zakresach: szkło wodne od 5% do 15%, zwilżacz od 0,5% do 2%, biel chlorkowa od 5% do 15%, talk od 2% do 5%, zagęstnik od 0,05% do 0,5%, dyspersja polikrzemianowa od 40% do 65%, odpieniacz od 0,05% do 0,2%, z co najmniej jednej warstwy tynku akumulacyjnego (1), którą 100% tworzy masa sucha stanowiąca mieszankę: bieli tytanowej fotokatalitycznej, zagęstnika, włókien, plastyfikatora, hydrofobizatora, zeolitów, cementu, kruszywa kwarcowego, kruszywa marmurowego, mikrosfery szklanej, przy czym zawartość poszczególnych składników mieści się w następujących zakresach: biel tytanowa fotokatalityczna od 2% do 5%, zagęstnika od 0,5% do 3%, włókno od 0,05% do 0,2%, plastyfikatora od 0% do 0,2%, hydrofobizatora od 0,2% do 0,5%, zeolitów od 5% do 10%, cement od 5% do 10%, kruszywa kwarcowego od 30% do 50%, kruszywa marmurowego od 30% do 50%, mikrosfery szklanej od 2% do 10% oraz masa mokra stanowiąca mieszankę wody, szkła wodnego, dyspersji polikrzemianowej, zwilżacza, zagęstnika, hydrofobizatora, przy czym zawartość poszczególnych składników mieści się w następujących zakresach: woda od 30% do 50%, szkło wodne od 20% do 40%, dyspersja polikrzemianowa od 20% do 40%, zwilżacz od 0,2% do 0,5%, zagęstnik od 0,2% do 0,5%, hydrofobizator od 2% do 5%.The subject of the application is a system of storage and insulating plasters and plasters applied in layers on a substrate, in particular a vertical one (3), characterized in that it consists of at least one layer of storage plaster (5), 100% of the mass of which is a mixture of: water, wetting agent, dispersant, defoamer, thickener, hydrophobic agent, fiber, calcium carbonate, zeolite, kaolin clay, VeoVA dispersion, polysilicic dispersion and lime, wherein the content of individual components is in the following ranges: water from 30% to 40%, wetting agent from 0.05% to 0.2%, dispersant from 0.05% to 0.2%, defoamer from 0.3% to 0.5%, thickener from 1% to 4%, hydrophobic agent from 0.3% to 0.5%, fibers from 0.2% to 0.5%, calcium carbonate from 40% to 65%, zeolite from 5% to 10%, kaolin clay from 2% to 10%, VeoVA dispersion from 0.3% to 0.5%, polysilicate dispersion from 0.5% to 2% and lime from 2% to 5%, from at least two layers of polysilicate primer (2, 4), 100% of which by mass is a mixture of: water glass, wetting agent, chloride white, talc, thickener, polysilicate dispersion, defoamer, wherein the content of individual components is in the following ranges: water glass from 5% to 15%, wetting agent from 0.5% to 2%, chloride white from 5% to 15%, talc from 2% to 5%, thickener from 0.05% to 0.5%, polysilicate dispersion from 40% to 65%, defoamer from 0.05% to 0.2%, from at least one layer of accumulation plaster (1), 100% of which is made up of a dry mass constituting a mixture of: photocatalytic titanium white, thickener, fibers, plasticizer, hydrophobicizer, zeolites, cement, quartz aggregate, marble aggregate, glass microsphere, wherein the content of individual components is within the following ranges: photocatalytic titanium white from 2% to 5%, thickener from 0.5% to 3%, fiber from 0.05% to 0.2%, plasticizer from 0% to 0.2%, hydrophobicizer from 0.2% to 0.5%, zeolites from 5% to 10%, cement from 5% to 10%, quartz aggregate from 30% to 50%, marble aggregate from 30% to 50%, glass microsphere from 2% to 10% and a wet mass constituting a mixture of water, water glass, polysilicate dispersion, wetting agent, thickener, hydrophobic agent, wherein the content of individual components is in the following ranges: water from 30% to 50%, water glass from 20% to 40%, polysilicate dispersion from 20% to 40%, wetting agent from 0.2% to 0.5%, thickener from 0.2% to 0.5%, hydrophobic agent from 2% to 5%.
