Abstract

Przedmiotem zgłoszenia jest śruba chirurgiczna do stabilizacji kostnego przeszczepu wyrostka kruczego łopatki, utworzona przez cylindryczny rdzeń (8) z nawiniętym gwintem spiralnym (1) posiadająca na całej długości przelotowy otwór (6), a na jednym ze swych końców ostrze gwintujące (3) utworzone przez nacięcia równoległe do osi rdzenia (8) śruby, która charakteryzuje się tym, że na drugim ze swych końców posiada otwór stożkowy (7) do naprowadzania wkrętaka, którego krawędź (4) ścięta jest pod kątem 45° do osi podłużnej rdzenia (8) śruby, ponadto rdzeń (8) od strony otworu stożkowego (7) posiada na całym obwodzie zgrubienie (9) oraz ostrze gwintujące (2) w postaci nacięć gwintu (1), gwint spiralny (1) posiada zmienny skok, a wewnątrz otworu stożkowego (7), poniżej jego krawędzi (4) znajduje się gniazdo na wkrętak (5) umieszczone na wlocie otworu przelotowego (6).The subject of the application is a surgical screw for stabilizing a bone graft of the coracoid process of the scapula, formed by a cylindrical core (8) with a wound spiral thread (1) having a through hole (6) along its entire length, and at one of its ends a threading blade (3) formed by cuts parallel to the axis of the screw core (8), which is characterized in that at the other of its ends it has a conical hole (7) for guiding a screwdriver, the edge (4) of which is cut at an angle of 45° to the longitudinal axis of the screw core (8), furthermore the core (8) on the side of the conical hole (7) has a thickening (9) along its entire circumference and a threading blade (2) in the form of thread cuts (1), the spiral thread (1) has a variable pitch, and inside the conical hole (7), below its edge (4), there is a socket for a screwdriver (5) located at the inlet of the through hole (6).
