Abstract

Zgłoszenie przedstawia rozwiązanie jakim jest kosiarka bijakowa posiadająca korpus (1), ramę (3) zawieszenia, pokrywę uchylną (4), z umieszczonym wewnątrz korpusu (1) wałem bijakowym, charakteryzująca się tym, że rama zawieszenia (3) osadzona jest suwliwie na korpusie (1) poprzez co najmniej jedną szynę z otworami fasolowymi, a także, pokrywa (4) jest blokowana w zadanej pozycji poprzez nakrętki kontrujące znajdujące się na bocznej ścianie korpusu (1) maszyny, przy czym zakręcana nakrętka kontrująca zaciska śrubę zamkową na bocznej ściance burty, zaś w burcie znajduje się otwór fasolowy promieniowy płynnie pozycjonujący ustawienie pokrywy (4), ponadto, na dwóch końcach wału bijakowego przyspawane przed wyważeniem są kołnierze nośne z otworami, do których potem przykręcane są odważniki wyważające. Zgłoszenie przedstawia także sposób wyważania wału.
