Przedmiotem zgłoszenia jest mineralno-cementowo-emulsyjna z przeznaczeniem do wykonania spodnich warstw konstrukcyjnych nawierzchni drogowych składająca się z: emulsji asfaltowej (kationowa C60 B10 ZM/R) w ilości od 2% do 5% wag.; cement od 1% do 15% wag.: korzystnie według wynalazku z 10% wag., granulatu (destruktu asfaltowego z rozbiórki) do 70% wag., korzystnie według wynalazku z 65% wag., tłuczki szklanej do 15% wag., korzystnie według wynalazku z 25% wag.
