Abstract

Przedmiotem zgłoszenia jest przedstawione na rysunku opakowanie papierowe z dwuwarstwową pokrywą i uchwytem. Opakowanie kartonowe, obejmujące dolną część (spód), boczne ścianki oraz górną ściankę zamykającą, przy czym górna ścianka zamykająca składa się z co najmniej dwóch warstw kartonu ułożonych jedna nad drugą oraz uchwyt w postaci sznurka, charakteryzuje się tym, że uchwyt jest zamocowany do dolnej warstwy górnej ścianki, natomiast górna, zewnętrzna warstwa górnej ścianki jest skrócona po bokach i ukształtowana w taki sposób, iż w stanie zamkniętym opakowania przechodzi ona pod uchwytem, umożliwiając stabilne przeniesienie opakowania bez konieczności wycinania długiego otworu osłabiającego konstrukcję.
