Abstract
Przedmiotem zgłoszenia jest sterowane urządzenie do magazynowania ciepłej wody składające się z izolowanego termicznie dwukomorowego zbiornika wody (1) w postaci pionowo ustawionego walca, w którym znajduje się sztywna, uszczelniona i przemieszczalna względem jego ścian termoizolacyjna przegroda (2), która dzieli zbiornik wody (1) na pierwszą komorę (A) schłodzonej wody i drugą komorę (B) ciepłej wody. Poza zbiornikiem wody (1) pierwsza komora (A) schłodzonej wody połączona jest z drugą komorą (B) ciepłej wody poprzez pompę obiegową (3) i podgrzewacz wody (4). Do pierwszej komory (A) schłodzonej wody podłączona jest rura doprowadzająca wodę, a do drugiej komory (B) ciepłej wody przez rurę odprowadzającą wodę podłączona jest pompa odprowadzająca (5). W rurze doprowadzającej wodę do pierwszej komory (A) schłodzonej wody i w rurze odprowadzającej wodę z drugiej komory (B) ciepłej wody umieszczone są czujniki temperatury. Pompa obiegowa (3), pompa odprowadzająca (5) i czujniki temperatury połączone są ze sterownikiem. Charakteryzuje się ono tym, że w zbiorniku wody (1) zamocowana jest na stałe promieniowo ułożona ścianka działowa (8), do której boku znajdującego się w osi zbiornika wody (1) zamocowana jest obrotowo za pomocą zawiasu (9) przegroda (2). W boku przegrody (2) niezamocowanym do zawiasu (9) umieszczony jest czujnik położenia przegrody (2). Pompa odprowadzająca (5) połączona jest poprzez wymiennik ciepła (11) i rurę doprowadzającą wodę z pierwszą komorą (A) schłodzonej wody. Wymiennik ciepła (11) połączony jest z pompą czynnika odbierającego ciepło (12), która wraz z czujnikiem położenia przegrody (2) połączona jest ze sterownikiem.The subject of the application is a controlled device for storing hot water consisting of a thermally insulated two-chamber water tank (1) in the form of a vertically arranged cylinder, in which there is a rigid, sealed and movable thermally insulating partition (2) relative to its walls, which divides the water tank (1) into a first chamber (A) of chilled water and a second chamber (B) of hot water. Outside the water tank (1), the first chamber (A) of chilled water is connected to the second chamber (B) of hot water via a circulation pump (3) and a water heater (4). A water supply pipe is connected to the first chamber (A) of chilled water, and a discharge pump (5) is connected to the second chamber (B) of hot water via a discharge pipe. Temperature sensors are placed in the pipe supplying water to the first chamber (A) of chilled water and in the pipe draining water from the second chamber (B) of hot water. The circulation pump (3), discharge pump (5) and temperature sensors are connected to the controller. It is characterized in that a radially arranged partition wall (8) is permanently attached to the water tank (1), to the side of which, located in the axis of the water tank (1), a partition (2) is rotatably attached by means of a hinge (9). A partition position sensor (2) is placed in the side of the partition (2) not attached to the hinge (9). The discharge pump (5) is connected via a heat exchanger (11) and a water supply pipe to the first chamber (A) of chilled water. The heat exchanger (11) is connected to a heat receiving agent pump (12), which together with the partition position sensor (2) is connected to the controller.
