Abstract

Przedmiotem zgłoszenia jest sposób wytwarzania taśmy PET z tworzywa z dodatkiem recyklatu (rPET), w którym recyklat taśmy PET (do 70% wag.) łączy się z surowcem PET, a mieszaninę poddaje się procesowi polikondensacji w stanie stałym (SSP) w temp. 190°C - 200°C w czasie 5 — 6 h pod ciśnieniem 0 - 4 mBar do uzyskania lepkości istotnej min. 0,63 dl/g. Następnie surowiec ogrzewa się do temp. 280°C - 285°C i poddaje filtracji na sicie z otworami o rozmiarze 90 — 110 µm. Ciśnienie przed sitem jest większe o 30 — 40 bar od ciśnienia za sitem filtracyjnym, korzystnie ciśnienie to przy udziale rPET w granicach 40% - 60% wag. wynosi 60 — 90 bar. Uplastycznioną mieszaninę PET o temp. 280°C - 285°C wytłacza się korzystnie przez głowicę wytłaczarską o temp. 265°C - 275°C formując taśmę PET, a następnie chłodzi się taśmę PET do temp. 44°C — 59°C w cieczy o temp. 40°C - 50°C. Korzystnie taśmę rozciąga się na godetach rozciągowych ze współczynnikiem rozciągania 5,1 - 5,5.
