Abstract
Przedmiotem zgłoszenia jest wkładka 3D do montażu stężeń wewnątrz stalowej ściany szkieletowej, która składa się z lewego elementu i prawego elementu, symetrycznie osadzonych względem krótszej ściany i posiadających przekrój w kształcie litery L skierowanej krótszym ramieniem w dół, tworząc wcięcie o wysokości (e) i szerokości (2d), przy czym wymiar wcięcia (d) stanowi ¼ wymiaru (b) oraz wysokoœæ wciêcia (e) stanowi 2/3 wymiaru (a) lewego elementu i prawego elementu oraz na ca³ej szerokoœci (b) posiada prêt gwintowany o œrednicy (f), osadzony równolegle do ramion d³u¿szych lewego elementu i prawego elementu, przechodz¹cy przez wciêcie oraz krótsze ramiona lewego elementu i prawego elementu, gdzie lewy element i prawy element posiadaj¹ poziome otwory o tej samej œrednicy, osadzone na tej samej wysokoœci, w których osadzony jest prêt gwintowany, a ponadto prêt gwintowany posiada w dolnej czêœci, w po³owie swojej d³ugoœci, uchwyt stê¿eniowy osadzony prostopadle do osi wzd³u¿nej prêta gwintowanego, a œrednica (f) prêta gwintowanego nie przekracza ½ wysokoœci wciêcia (e).The subject of the application is a 3D insert for mounting braces inside a steel frame wall, which consists of a left element and a right element, symmetrically mounted in relation to the shorter wall and having an L-shaped cross-section with the shorter arm directed downwards, creating a notch with a height (e) and width (2d), wherein the dimension of the notch (d) is ¼ of the dimension (b) and the height of the notch (e) is 2/3 of the dimension (a) of the left element and the right element and over the entire width (b) has a threaded rod with a diameter (f), mounted parallel to the longer arms of the left element and the right element, passing through the notch and the shorter arms of the left element and the right element, wherein the left element and the right element have horizontal holes of the same diameter, mounted at the same height, in which the threaded rod, and moreover, the threaded rod has in its lower part, in half of its length, a bracing handle mounted perpendicular to the longitudinal axis of the threaded rod, and the diameter (f) of the threaded rod does not exceed ½ the height of the indentation (e).
