Abstract

Przedmiotem zgłoszenia jest przenośnik do przenoszenia i kategoryzacji owoców posiadający co najmniej jeden pas (1) rolkowy wyposażony w rolki (3) oraz pas (2) tackowy wyposażony w tacki zamocowane do łańcuchów (5) usytułowanych po obu stronach pasa (2) tackowego i napędzanych kotem zębatym (18), które to pasy (1 i 2) częściowo na swojej długości są ze sobą sprzężone, pierwszą kamerę (20a), drugą kamerę (20b) usytuowane nad przenośnikiem, belkę (22) tensometryczną pod pasem (2) tackowym, pierwsze (31) źródło światła umieszczone nad rolkami (3) oraz drugie źródło (21) światła umieszczone pod tackami pasa tackowego (2) poza pasem rolkowym (1), charakteryzuje się tym, że każdą tackę pasa (2) tackowego stanowi kosz z wgłębieniem oraz dwoma bolcami usytuowanymi naprzeciwlegle po zewnętrznej stronie krótszych boków kosza, który to kosz ma płaskie dno i usytuowany jest na dwóch równoległych wahaczach w postaci listew posiadających na jednym z końców tuleję na bolec kosza, zaś na drugim końcu trzpień, a na co najmniej jednym z wahaczy tacki od strony tulei zamocowany jest kołek. Wahacze mocowane są wychylnie do łańcuchów (5) pasa (2) tackowego za pomocą trzpieni wahaczy, a wgłębienie kosza ma wycięcia na rolki (3), zaś w dnie wgłębienia znajduje się otwór. Pas tackowy posiada co najmniej jedną prowadnicę, na której oparte są przesuwnie kołki wahaczy utrzymując tacki w pozycji poziomej, ponadto prowadnica w miejscu zrzutu owoców posiada zapadkę wyposażoną w będącą przedłużeniem prowadnicy listwę przesuwną wzdłuż swojego krótszego boku oraz w zamek elektromagnetyczny, ponadto do prowadnicy przymocowana jest rampa (17), pod którą usytuowany jest podajnik (19).
