Abstract

Przedmiotem zgłoszenia jest konstrukcja kotwy do mocowania zbrojenia prętów bazaltowych wykorzystywana w klejonych nośnych belkach elementach drewnianych - konstrukcji budowlanych oraz sposób mocowania kotwienia zbrojenia, do zastosowania w budownictwie. Kotwa do zbrojenia znamienna tym, że ma łoże (1), o chropowatości powierzchni roboczej Ra=1,0÷1,8 mm wykonane z blachy stalowej o grubości 6÷10 mm, półka oporową (2) z otworami przelotowymi na ułożenie wystających prętów bazaltowych umieszczoną prostopadle do końca belki klejonej i równolegle do łoża jarzma, półka stabilizacyjna (3), połączone spawaniem do łoża usytuowana równolegle do jarzma oraz do swobodnie montowanej płyty dociskowej (4), która z jednej wewnętrznej strony ma powierzchnię poddaną obróbce mechanicznej do klasy chropowatości Ra w zakresie od 1,0 do 1,8 mm, przy czym całość mocowana jest za pomocą połączeń śrubowych z minimum dziewięciu sztuk śrub M20÷M28 0 wysokiej klasie wytrzymałości, przy czym półka stabilizacyjna usytuowana równolegle do łoża (3) ma grubość do 1/3 grubości łoża (1), a w górnej części płyty półki oporowej (2) wykonano minimum dwa otwory dla mocowania montażowego (5). Sposób wykonania konstrukcji kotwy do mocowania prętów zbrojeniowych w drewnianych belkach nośnych. Kotwa składa się z elementów takich jak łoże, półka oporowa i stabilizacyjna oraz płyta dociskowa, wszystkie połączone śrubami M20-M28. Procedura montażu obejmuje przygotowanie i montaż tych elementów zgodnie z określonymi parametrami chropowatości i grubości.The subject of the application is the design of an anchor for fastening reinforcement of basalt bars used in glued load-bearing beams of wooden elements - building structures and a method of fastening the anchoring of reinforcement, for use in construction. Anchor for reinforcement characterized in that it has a bed (1) with a working surface roughness of Ra=1.0÷1.8 mm made of steel sheet with a thickness of 6÷10 mm, a support shelf (2) with through holes for the arrangement of protruding basalt rods placed perpendicularly to the end of the glued beam and parallel to the yoke bed, a stabilization shelf (3) welded to the bed, placed parallel to the yoke and to a freely mounted pressure plate (4), which on one inner side has a surface subjected to mechanical treatment to a roughness class Ra in the range from 1.0 to 1.8 mm, the whole being fastened by means of bolted connections made of at least nine M20÷M28 screws of high strength class, wherein the stabilization shelf placed parallel to the bed (3) has a thickness of up to 1/3 of the thickness of the bed (1), and in the upper part of the support shelf plate (2) At least two holes were made for mounting (5). The anchor structure for securing reinforcing bars to wooden beams. The anchor consists of components such as a bed, a support and stabilization shelf, and a pressure plate, all connected with M20-M28 bolts.
