Abstract

Przedmiotem zgłoszenia jest kompozycja farmaceutyczna charakteryzująca się tym, że zawiera ramipryl, fumaran bisoprololu, rozuwastatynę lub jej farmaceutycznie dopuszczalną sól oraz farmaceutycznie dopuszczalne substancje pomocnicze. Kolejnym przedmiotem zgłoszenia jest sposób wytwarzania kompozycji farmaceutycznej charakteryzujący się tym, że obejmuje następujące etapy: a) mieszanie ramiprylu, fumaranu bisoprololu, rozuwastatyny lub jej farmaceutycznie dopuszczalnej soli, co najmniej jednej substancji wypełniającej i co najmniej jednej substancji rozsadzającej; b) mieszanie mieszaniny otrzymanej w etapie a) z co najmniej jedną substancją smarującą; i c) tabletkowanie mieszaniny otrzymanej w etapie b). Kolejnym przedmiotem zgłoszenia jest powyższa kompozycja farmaceutyczna do zastosowania w leczeniu chorób sercowo-naczyniowych wybranych z grupy obejmującej nadciśnienie tętnicze, niewydolność serca, dławicę piersiową, miażdżycę tętnic i hipercholesterolemię oraz w zapobieganiu zdarzeniom sercowo-naczyniowym.
