Abstract

Przedmiotem zgłoszenia jest sposób przetwarzania odpadów azbestowych, składających się z włókien azbestu chryzotylowego oraz uwodnionego cementu portlandzkiego, polegający na poddaniu ich modyfikacji chemicznej oraz obróbce termicznej, który charakteryzuje się tym, że odpady azbestowe poddawane są mieleniu i przesianiu przez sito o oczkach 0,063 — 0,02 mm, a następnie do 61% - 89% wag. odpadów azbestowych dodaje się SiO2 w ilości 1% - 5% wag. i CaO w ilości 12% - 35% wag., wszystko miesza i poddaje topieniu w piecu indukcyjnym w temperaturze 1330°C - 1400°C. Otrzymany klinkier cementowy chłodzi się i mieli z dodatkiem CaSO4 w ilości 3,1% - 8,2% wag. do uzyskania bezskurczowego cementu portlandzkiego o powierzchni właściwej 3200 - 4500 cm2/g według Blaine'a.
