Abstract
Przedmiotem zgłoszenia jest ruszt, zwłaszcza grilla z czujnikami pomiaru temperatury z układem filtrów dopasowanych, posiadający pręty. Charakteryzuje się on tym, że składa się z prętów (1) ułożonych w kratownicę, zaś w osi pręta (1) znajduje się otwór przelotowy (1.1), w którym ułożony jest światłowód (2.1, 2.2, 2.3) z zapisanymi siatkami Bragga (B). Pierwszy koniec każdego ze światłowodów (2.1, 2.2, 2.3) podłączony jest do osobnego eliminatora odbicia wstecznego (6.1, 6.2, 6.3), a drugi koniec każdego ze światłowodów (2.1, 2.2, 2.3) podłączony jest do wyprowadzeń splittera optycznego (3), którego przeciwległe wyprowadzenie podłączone jest do wejścia cyrkulatora optycznego (4), do którego podłączone jest źródło światła (5). Wyjście cyrkulatora optycznego (4) podłączone jest do układu filtrów dopasowanych (7), który jest podłączony do urządzenia odczytującego (8) pozwalającego na odczyt temperatury na podstawie przesunięcia centralnych długości fali czujników, przy czym równolegle do osi pręta (1) znajdują się dwa kanały przelotowe, gdzie do pierwszego końca każdego z nich podłączony jest przewód doprowadzający ciecz (7), a do drugiego końca przewód odprowadzający ciecz (8).The subject of the application is a grill, particularly a grill with temperature measurement sensors with a matched filter system, having rods. The output of the optical circulator (4) is connected to a matched filter system (7), which is connected to a reading device (8) enabling the temperature to be read based on the shift of the central wavelengths of the sensors, wherein parallel to the axis of the rod (1) there are two passage channels, where a liquid supply line (7) is connected to the first end of each of them, and a liquid discharge line (8) is connected to the second end.
