Abstract

Przedmiotem jest sposób wytwarzania samogasnącej elastycznej pianki poliuretanowej, o zredukowanej palności przy wykorzystaniu modyfikowanego fosforanem piperazyny grafitu ekspandowanego oraz polimerycznych związków azotowo-fosforowych, korzystnie według wynalazku w postaci polifosforanu melaminy. Mieszanina uniepalniaczy wprowadza jest do poliolu, następnie dyspergowana do otrzymania jednorodnego układu. Otrzymana mieszanina jest wprowadzana do formy z odgazowaniem o pojemności 1 litr na 67 g do 75 g mieszaniny reakcyjnej. Otrzymany kompozyt PUR musi być kondycjonowany w temperaturze 23±2°C przez około 24 - 72 godzin.
