Abstract

Przedmiotem zgłoszenia jest kompensator uderzenia podczas frezowania połączeń dwóch różnych materiałów posiadający tuleję mocującą. Charakteryzuje się on tym, że tuleja składa się z części mocującej (2) do wrzeciona połączonej poprzez ścianę z pierścieniem (3), w którego ścianie bocznej znajdują się symetrycznie rozmieszczone o stały kąt, usytuowane promieniowo, przelotowe, gwintowane otwory. W każdy z nich wkręcona jest śruba (5), z osadzoną na niej sprężyną (4) znajdującą się wewnątrz pierścienia (3), która oparta jest swoim końcem o frez (1). W ścianie pomiędzy częścią mocującą (2) a pierścieniem (3) od jego strony znajduje się osiowo usytuowane zagłębienie, o które opiera się koniec freza (1).The subject of the application is an impact compensator for milling joints of two different materials, having a mounting sleeve. It is characterized in that the sleeve consists of a mounting part (2) to a spindle, connected through a wall to a ring (3), the side wall of which contains radially arranged, threaded through holes, symmetrically arranged at a constant angle. A screw (5) is screwed into each of these holes, with a mounted spring (4) located inside the ring (3), the end of which rests against the milling cutter (1). An axial recess is located in the wall between the mounting part (2) and the ring (3), on the ring side, against which the end of the milling cutter (1) rests.
