Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest glówka szczoteczki do zebów. Istote wzoru przemyslowego stanowi nowa postac glówki szczoteczki do zebów przejawiajaca sie w ksztalcie i ukladzie linii. Glówka szczoteczki do zebów jest szczególnie przydatna do elektrycznych szczoteczek do zebów. Wystajace do przodu z platformy glówki peczki szczecinek w obrebie kola platformy sa rozmieszczone równomiernie na dwóch wspólsrodkowych okregach, z tym, ze na zewnetrznym okregu, od strony eliptycznego przedluzenia wystepuje wiekszy odstep pomiedzy dwoma sasiednimi peczkami szczecinek. The essence of the industrial design is a new form of toothbrush head, manifested in its shape and line arrangement. The toothbrush head is particularly suitable for electric toothbrushes. The toothbrush head design is shown in the attached drawing, in which Fig. 1 shows the head from the front, with the transitional section between the handle and the toothbrush holder marked with a dashed line; Fig. 1A shows the brush head from the front, enlarged; Fig. 2 shows the head from the right side; Fig. 2A shows the head from the right side, enlarged; Fig. 3 shows the brush head from the top; Fig. 4 shows the brush head in perspective views from the right and from the front. A toothbrush head has a solid shape with a platform at the front of the brush, its outline consisting of a marked circle at the top of the head and an elliptical extension extending downward. The head has tufts of bristles protruding forward from the platform. Within the platform circle, the tufts of bristles are evenly distributed in two concentric circles. However, on the outer circle, on the side of the elliptical extension, there is a greater distance between two adjacent tufts of bristles. On the elliptical extension, the tufts of bristles are arranged in five arc-shaped, downward-curving rows, with the lowest, fifth row containing four tufts of bristles, and the remaining rows containing five tufts of bristles each. The bristle tufts in the second and fourth rows, counted from the top, protrude less than those in the other rows. The outermost bristle tufts in the first, third, and fifth rows, counted from the top, are positioned diagonally outward from the brush head platform, while all other bristle tufts are normal to the brush head platform. A characteristic feature of a toothbrush head is that the front platform of the brush head has an outline consisting of a marked circle located at the top of the head and its elliptical extension extending down the head. The tufts of setae projecting forward from the head platform are evenly distributed within the platform circle on two concentric circles, with the outer circle, on the side of the elliptical extension, having a greater distance between two adjacent tufts of setae. On the elliptical extension, the tufts of setae are arranged in five arcuate, downward-curving rows, with the lowest, fifth row containing four tufts of setae, and the remaining rows containing five tufts of setae. The bristle tufts in the second and fourth rows, counted from the top, protrude less than in the remaining rows, and the outermost bristle tufts in the first, third, and fifth rows, counted from the top, are positioned diagonally outward from the brush head platform, while all other bristle tufts are normal to the brush head platform, as shown in the attached drawing, Fig. 1-4.
