Abstract

Przedmiotem zgłoszenia jest sposób analizy chemicznej krwi za pomocą detektora, obejmujący podanie przygotowanej próbki ciekłej krwi z, przetwarzanie ciekłej próbki krwi w próbkę gazową oraz analizę próbki gazowej w detektorze (170), który cechuje się tym, że przetwarzanie ciekłej próbki krwi obejmuje etapy: obróbki w parowniku (130) przy podawaniu gazu nośnego wybranego z grupy obejmującej dwutlenek węgla, hel argon, azot i wodór, w temperaturze od 35°C do 40°C, przy czym do parownika najpierw podaje się gaz nośny pod ciśnieniem, a dopiero następnie próbkę ciekłą, adsorpcji analitu w prekoncentratorze (150) zawierającym przynajmniej dwie hydrofobowe substancje łącznie, pozwalające na koncentrację związków organicznych o łańcuchach węgla o długości od C2 do C26 oraz desorpcji analitów i przenoszenia próbki z prekoncentratora (150) do detektora (170) za pomocą gazu nośnego skierowanego w przeciwnym kierunku. Przedmiotem zgłoszenia jest również system pomiarowy przystosowany do realizacji tego sposobu.
