Abstract

Przedmiotem zgłoszenia jest urządzenie do napełniania worków materiałem sypkim zwłaszcza piaskiem, przeznaczonych do budowania wszelkiego rodzaju umocnień, takich jak drogowych, wodnych, budowlanych, wojskowych czy przeciwpowodziowych. Urządzenie do napełniania worków materiałem sypkim zwłaszcza piaskiem zawiera zasobnik (1), u dołu zakończony czterema lejami (2) przechodzącymi w cztery zsypy (3) porcjujące taka samą ilość piasku. Każdy zsyp (3) u góry posiada obrotową zasuwę górną (4), a u dołu obrotową zasuwę dolną (5). Doły zsypów (3) zakończone są miejscem mocowania worków (6), korzystne z uchwytami na worki (7). W miejscu obrotu zasuwa górna (4) z zasuwą dolną (5) zsypu (3) połączone są pionowym zawiasem (8). Znajdujące się obok siebie pionowe zawiasy (8), pośrodku poprzez ramiona (9), połączone są ze sobą cięgnami (10) zakończonymi są czopami (11), na które nakładana są przedłużki zwiększające siłę przełożenia. Ruch posuwisto-zwrotny cięgien (10) powoduje, że jednym położeniu górna zasuwa (4) jest otwarta, a dolna zasuwa (5) jest zamknięta, natomiast w drugim położeniu górna zasuwa (4) jest zamknięta, a dolna zasuwa (5) jest otwarta. Ponadto urządzenie do napełniania worków wyposażone jest wysuwane stopy (13) stabilizacyjne podczas pracy, koła (14) i hak mocujący (15).
