Abstract
Przedmiotem zgłoszenia jest nóż powietrzny zapewniający zwiększoną masę dostarczanego powietrza, który posiada korpus (1) wzdłużny do odbierania sprężonego powietrza z przeciwległymi ścianami bocznymi (1.1.1, 1.1.2). Podstawa (1.2) łączy przeciwległe ściany boczne (1.1.1, 1.1.2). Pierwsza ściana końcowa (1.3.1) łączy podstawę (1 2) i przeciwległe ściany boczne (1.1.1, 1.1.2). Druga ściana końcowa (1.3.2) łączy podstawę (1.2) i przeciwległe ściany boczne (1.1.1, 1.1.2) i jest ułożona przeciwlegle do pierwszej ściany końcowej (1.3.1). Pierwsza ściana kierunkowa (1.4.1) stanowi przedłużenie pierwszej ściany bocznej (1.1.1). Druga ściana kierunkowa (1.4.2) stanowi przedłużenie drugiej ściany bocznej (1.1.2). Przeciwległe ściany kierunkowe (1.4.1, 1.4.2) zbiegają się symetrycznie w kierunku wzdłużnego otworu wylotowego pod efektywnym kątem zbieżności. Koniec pierwszej ściany kierunkowej (1.4.1) połączony jest z pierwszą ścianą wylotową. Koniec drugiej ściany kierunkowej (1.4.2) połączony jest z drugą ścianą wylotową. Pomiędzy ścianami wylotowymi znajduje się dysza (2). Nóż powietrzny posiada także wlot powietrza (3) przymocowany wokół otworu znajdującego się w ścianie końcowej (1.3.1 lub 1.3.2) korpusu (1). Nóż charakteryzuje się tym, że równolegle do ścian kierunkowych (1.4.1, 1.4.2) i ścian wylotowych, od zewnętrznej strony, znajdują się ściany kanału (1.6.1, 1.6.2, 1.7.1, 1.7.2), tworzące tory dolotowe powietrza ograniczone dodatkowo przez ściany końcowe (1.3.1, 1.3.2). Korzystnie kąt (á) pomiędzy rzutem osi wlotu powietrza (3) oraz rzutem osi wzdłużnej korpusu (1) na płaszczyznę równoległą do podstawy (1.2) jest kątem rozwartym.The subject of the application is an air knife providing an increased mass of supplied air, which has a longitudinal body (1) for receiving compressed air with opposing side walls (1.1.1, 1.1.2). A base (1.2) connects the opposing side walls (1.1.1, 1.1.2). A first end wall (1.3.1) connects the base (1.2) and the opposing side walls (1.1.1, 1.1.2). A second end wall (1.3.2) connects the base (1.2) and the opposing side walls (1.1.1, 1.1.2) and is arranged opposite the first end wall (1.3.1). The first directional wall (1.4.1) is an extension of the first side wall (1.1.1). The second directional wall (1.4.2) is an extension of the second side wall (1.1.2). Opposite directional walls (1.4.1, 1.4.2) converge symmetrically towards the longitudinal outlet opening at an effective convergence angle. The end of the first directional wall (1.4.1) is connected to the first outlet wall. The end of the second directional wall (1.4.2) is connected to the second outlet wall. A nozzle (2) is located between the outlet walls. The air knife also has an air inlet (3) attached around an opening in the end wall (1.3.1 or 1.3.2) of the body (1). The knife is characterized in that, parallel to the directional walls (1.4.1, 1.4.2) and the outlet walls, on the outer side, there are channel walls (1.6.1, 1.6.2, 1.7.1, 1.7.2), forming air inlet paths additionally delimited by the end walls (1.3.1, 1.3.2). Preferably, the angle (á) between the projection of the air inlet axis (3) and the projection of the longitudinal axis of the body (1) on a plane parallel to the base (1.2) is an obtuse angle.
