Abstract

Przedmiotem zgłoszenia jest mikrosystem do wielowarstwowej hodowli komórek zawierający dwie płytki polimerowe zaopatrzone w mikrokanały oraz otwory wlotowe i wylotowe, między którymi to płytkami znajduje się cienka polimerowa membrana, gdzie górna płytka (3) zawiera górny mikrokanał (4') hodowli komórek naczyniowych oraz mikrokanał (8) hodowli komórek nowotworowych, które to mikrokanały oddzielone są od siebie dwoma górnymi mikropilarami (6'), pomiędzy którymi to górnymi mikropilarami (6') znajdują się trzy górne mikroprzestrzenie (7'), a dolna płytka (1) zawiera dolny mikrokanał (4) hodowli komórek naczyniowych oraz mikrokanał (5) hodowli komórek prawidłowych, które to mikrokanały oddzielone są od siebie dwoma dolnymi mikropilarami (6), pomiędzy którymi to dolnymi mikropliarami (6) znajdują się trzy dolne mikroprzestrzenie (7), przy czym w górnej płytce (3) znajduje się otwór wlotowy (9) mikrokanału hodowli komórek naczyniowych, otwór wlotowy (11) mikrokanału hodowli komórek prawidłowych i otwór wlotowy (13) mikrokanału hodowli komórek nowotworowych i otwór wylotowy (10) mikrokanału hodowli komórek naczyniowych oraz otwór wylotowy (12) mikrokanału hodowli komórek prawidłowych, jednocześnie mikrokanał (5) hodowli komórek prawidłowych z jednej strony połączony jest z otworem wlotowym (11), a z drugiej z otworem wylotowym (12), mikrokanał (8) hodowli komórek nowotworowych z jednej strony połączony jest z otworem wlotowym (13), a z drugiej z otworem wylotowym (14), a otwór wlotowy (9) mikrokanału hodowli komórek naczyniowych i otwór wylotowy (10) mikrokanału hodowli komórek naczyniowych łączą dolny mikrokanał (4') oraz górny mikrokanał (4) hodowli komórek naczyniowych.
