Abstract
Niniejsze zgłoszenie dotyczy montowanego w pojeździe układu do wytwarzania wodoru z krakowania amoniaku w silniku amoniakowym oraz przeznaczonego do tego sposobu zarządzania termicznego. Przedstawiony na rysunku układ zawiera zbiornik magazynowy ciekłego amoniaku, zbiornik wstępnego ogrzewania ciekłego amoniaku do zgazowania, przewód rurowy wytwarzania wodoru, przewód rurowy magazynowania gazu krakingowego, rurę mieszania wstępnego kanału wlotowego amoniaku i wodoru, przewód rurowy do wytwarzania ciepła utleniacza amoniaku, przewód rurowy transportu powietrza i przewód rurowy transportu gazu resztkowego. Heat from the ammonia oxidizer heat generation piping not only supplies heat for ammonia cracking but also preheats the ammonia required for ammonia cracking; the ammonia required by the ammonia oxidizer heat generation piping is preheated, and the heat is jointly supplied to the aftertreatment system in cooperation with the engine tail gas heat; The molar ratio of the ammonia supply amount to the air amount is adjusted according to the engine operating conditions to change the heat release from the ammonia oxidizer heat-generating pipe, and the reaction is carried out in the most appropriate reaction equation, thereby avoiding the generation of tail gas impurities; in addition, the heat from the ammonia oxidizer heat-generating pipe as the core is distributed and directed.
