Abstract

Przedmiotem zgłoszenia jest hermetyczna zgrzeina wzdłużna w cienkich foliach. Sposób wytwarzania zgrzewu, który hermetycznie łączy dwa boki folii, w szczególności dwa boki folii, podczas formowania rękawa foliowego, obejmujący następujące etapy: przeprowadzanie procesu zgrzewania wstępnego, przy czym co najmniej jeden z dwóch boków folii jest podgrzewany w procesie zgrzewania wstępnego i przy czym, w stanie podgrzanym co najmniej jednego boku folii, oba boki folii są doprowadzane do zetknięcia ze sobą, przy czym powstaje zgrzew wstępny (32), który łączy ze sobą dwa boki folii; przeprowadzanie procesu zgrzewania końcowego, przy czym zgrzew wstępny (32) jest dostarczany z prędkością transportową do środka dociskającego (52), przy czym w odniesieniu do procesu środek dociskający (52) jest umieszczony za procesem zgrzewania wstępnego, w szczególności tak blisko, jak jest to konstrukcyjnie możliwe i przy czym środek dociskający (52) wywiera siłę na co najmniej jeden z dwóch boków folii wzdłuż zgrzewu wstępnego (32) zasadniczo prostopadle do kierunku transportu, w wyniku czego zgrzew wstępny (32) jest przekształcany w zgrzew końcowy (54), który jest zasadniczo nieprzepuszczalny dla powietrza.
