Abstract

Przedmiotem zgłoszenia jest wieża oczyszczająca powietrze zasilana energią słoneczną do usuwania zanieczyszczeń pyłowych i gazowych z powietrza, w szczególności w przestrzeniach miejskich lub przemysłowych, wyposażona w korpus o wielokątnym lub cylindrycznym kształcie, sterownik, oraz jednostkę filtrującą, charakteryzująca się tym, że korpus (1) wieży składa się z kolejno ustawionych na sobie modułów, z których pierwszym modułem jest podstawa wieży (2) usytuowana na podłożu i wyposażona w jednostkę sterującą i system magazynowania energii (3) w postaci akumulatorów; na podstawie wieży (2) usytuowany jest moduł wentylacji mechanicznej (4) wyposażony w wentylatory wywiewne (5) do kierowania powietrza zanieczyszczonego na system filtracji, który składa się z filtrów z węglem aktywnym (7) oraz filtrów HEPA (8) zlokalizowanych powyżej filtrów z węglem aktywnym (7) i połączonych z kanałem wylotowym (10) wyposażonym w filtr fotokatalityczny (11); na szczycie korpusu (1) zamocowane jest źródło zasilania oraz system śledzenia słońca składający się z ruchomej ramy nośnej (13) i zestawu czujników fotometrycznych (22) połączonych z jednostką sterującą (3), przy czym źródło zasilania stanowią panele fotowoltaiczne (12) osadzone na ruchomej ramie nośnej (13), natomiast wspomniana ruchoma rama nośna (13) jest przegubowo osadzona na obrotnicy (19) wyposażonej w mechanizm obrotu w osi poziomej (20) i mechanizm pochyłu w osi pionowej (21), przy czym mechanizm obrotu w osi poziomej (20) stanowi silnik krokowy ze śrubą trapezową albo siłownik liniowy połączony przegubowo z obrotnicą (19), natomiast mechanizm pochyłu w osi pionowej (21) składa się z silnika krokowego połączonego ze śrubą trapezową albo z siłownika liniowego mocowanego pomiędzy ramą nośną (13) a obrotnicą (19).The subject of the application is an air purification tower powered by solar energy for removing dust and gaseous pollutants from the air, in particular in urban or industrial spaces, equipped with a body of a polygonal or cylindrical shape, a controller, and a filtering unit, characterized in that the body (1) of the tower consists of successively stacked modules, the first module of which is the tower base (2) located on the ground and equipped with a control unit and an energy storage system (3) in the form of batteries; on the tower base (2) there is located a mechanical ventilation module (4) equipped with exhaust fans (5) for directing polluted air to a filtration system which consists of activated carbon filters (7) and HEPA filters (8) located above the activated carbon filters (7) and connected to an outlet duct (10) equipped with a photocatalytic filter (11); on the top of the body (1) there is mounted a power source and a sun tracking system consisting of a movable support frame (13) and a set of photometric sensors (22) connected to a control unit (3), wherein the power source is constituted by photovoltaic panels (12) mounted on the movable support frame (13), while said movable support frame (13) is articulatedly mounted on a turntable (19) equipped with a rotation mechanism in the horizontal axis (20) and a tilt mechanism in the vertical axis (21), wherein the rotation mechanism in the horizontal axis (20) is constituted by a stepper motor with a trapezoidal screw or a linear actuator articulated with the turntable (19), while the tilt mechanism in the vertical axis (21) consists of a stepper motor connected to a trapezoidal screw or a linear actuator mounted between the support frame (13) and the turntable (19).
