Abstract
Przedmiotem zgłoszenia jest kompozycja epoksydowa, która charakteryzuje się tym, że składa się z modyfikowanej za pomocą styrenu żywicy epoksydowej o liczbie epoksydowej co najmniej 0,41 mol/100 g i lepkości w 25°C od 900 do 1500 mPa•s w ilości od 89,5% do 90,5% wagowo składu kompozycji, utwardzacza aminowego w postaci trietylenotetraaminy o lepkości w 25°C od 20 do 30 mPa•s w ilości od 8% do 9% wagowo składu kompozycji oraz napełniacza w postaci kaolinu w postaci proszku o średniej wielkości cząstek do 10 µm w ilości 1,5% wagowo składu kompozycji. Zgłoszenie obejmuje także sposób wytwarzania kompozycji epoksydowej, który polega na tym, że do pojemnika z ciekłą modyfikowaną za pomocą styrenu żywicą epoksydową o liczbie epoksydowej co najmniej 0,41 mol/100 g i lepkości w 25°C od 900 do 1500 mPa•s w ilości od 89,5% do 90,5% wagowo składu kompozycji wprowadza się kaolin w postaci proszku o średniej wielkości cząstek do 10 µm w ilości 1,5% wagowo składu kompozycji. Następnie żywicę i kaolin miesza się mechanicznie mieszadłem kotwicowym w czasie 2 minut z prędkością 730 obr./min w temperaturze 23°C i wilgotności powietrza od 24% do 26%. Następnie wprowadza się utwardzacz aminowy w postaci trietylenotetraaminy o lepkości w 25°C od 20 do 30 mPa•s w ilości od 8% do 9% wagowo składu kompozycji i miesza się całość przez 2 minuty z prędkością 730 obr./min w tych samych warunkach. Następnie kompozycję utwardza się w temperaturze 23°C przez 7 dni.The subject of the application is an epoxy composition, which is characterized in that it consists of an epoxy resin modified with styrene with an epoxy number of at least 0.41 mol/100 g and a viscosity at 25°C from 900 to 1500 mPa•s in an amount of 89.5% to 90.5% by weight of the composition, an amine hardener in the form of triethylenetetramine with a viscosity at 25°C from 20 to 30 mPa•s in an amount of 8% to 9% by weight of the composition, and a filler in the form of kaolin in the form of a powder with an average particle size of up to 10 µm in an amount of 1.5% by weight of the composition. The application also covers a method for producing an epoxy composition, which comprises introducing kaolin in the form of a powder with an average particle size of up to 10 µm in an amount of 1.5% by weight of the composition into a container with a liquid styrene-modified epoxy resin having an epoxy number of at least 0.41 mol/100 g and a viscosity at 25°C from 900 to 1500 mPa•s in an amount of 89.5% to 90.5% by weight of the composition. The resin and kaolin are then mechanically mixed with an anchor stirrer for 2 minutes at a speed of 730 rpm at a temperature of 23°C and air humidity from 24% to 26%. Then, an amine hardener in the form of triethylenetetramine with a viscosity at 25°C of 20 to 30 mPa•s is added in an amount of 8% to 9% by weight of the composition and the mixture is mixed for 2 minutes at 730 rpm under the same conditions. The composition is then cured at 23°C for 7 days.
