Abstract

Przedmiotem zgłoszenia jest mobilny podajnik taśmowy stosowany zwłaszcza do transportu jabłek do sąsiedniego rzędu. Charakteryzuje się on tym, że składa się z podwozia (1) z zaczepem ciągnącym (1.1), do którego to podwozia (1) zamocowana jest obrotowo za pomocą uchwytu (2), korzystnie z trzypozycyjną blokadą, platforma (3) z zamocowanym do niej obciążnikiem (4) i masztem podnoszącym (5), do którego elementu podnoszonego (5.1) zamocowany jest za pomocą zawiasu koniec transportera taśmowego szczebelkowego (6). Pomiędzy elementem podnoszonym (5.1) a transporterem taśmowym szczebelkowym (6) zamocowany jest mechanizm z siłownikiem hydraulicznym regulujący kąt nachylenia transportera taśmowego szczebelkowego (6) od pionu. Do drugiego końca transportera taśmowego szczebelkowego (6) zamocowana jest za pomocą zawiasu rynna zsypowa (8). Do transportera taśmowego szczebelkowego (6) zamocowany jest mechanizm z drugim siłownikiem hydraulicznym (9) regulujący kąt nachylenia rynny zsypowej (8) od pionu.
