Abstract

Dozownik materiału sypkiego posiadający lej zasypowy (1) połączony swoim końcem z tuleją zasypową (2), która połączona jest z komorą mieszadła (3), charakteryzuje się tym, że w leju zasypowym (1) zamocowany jest przesuwnie w jego osi trzpień przepustnicy (4) w postaci stożka ściętego z powierzchnią zewnętrzną ułożoną równolegle do powierzchni wewnętrznej tulei zasypowej (1). Trzpień przepustnicy (4) połączony jest z liniowym układem napędowym (5) działającym w osi pionowej, który połączony jest z regulatorem (6) jego położenia zamocowanymi w obudowie (7). W tulei zasypowej (2) zamocowane są czujniki (8.1, 8.2, 8.3) poziomu wypełnienia przyłączone za pomocą przewodów sygnałowych do regulatora (6) położenia trzpienia przepustnicy (4).
