Nowosc i indywidualny charakter wzoru przejawia sie w ksztalcie i w kolorystyce. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego jest uwidoczniony na zalaczonym rysunku, na którym fig.l przedstawia pojemnik dozujacy kompozycje detergentowe w widoku perspektywicznym, fig.2- pojemnik dozujacy w widoku z dolu, fig.3- pojemnik dozujacy w widoku z boku, a fig.4- pojemnik dozujacy w widoku z drugiego boku. Pojemnik dozujacy kompozycje detergentowe wedlug wzoru przemyslowego, majacy ksztalt prostopadloscianu z zaokraglonymi narozami i krawedziami posiada nastepujacecechy istotne : wnetrze pojemnika wypelnione jest masa detergentu, który zawiera wiele punktowych wtracen oraz masa jednolitego detergentu w odmiennym kolorze. W widoku z dolu zarys krawedzi pomiedzy detergentami tworzy linie falista polaczona z linia lukowata, zas w widoku z góry w polu sciany górnej pojemnika widoczny jest kolisty obszar, jak przedstawiono na zalaczonym rysunku, fig.l do 4.FIG.1 FIG.2 FIG.3 FIG.4 PL PL1/ Michaela MURNING 2/ Philippe BOURGOIN The design registration is valid from: 14 November 2002 Priority: 15 May 2002 (Great Britain) The subject of the industrial design is a container for dispensing detergent compositions. The novelty and individual character of the design is manifested in its shape and colors. The subject of the industrial design is shown in the attached drawing, in which fig. 1 shows the container for dispensing detergent compositions in a perspective view, fig. 2 - the container from below, fig. 3 - the container from the side, and fig. 4 - the container from the other side. An industrial design detergent composition dispensing container, having a cuboid shape with rounded corners and edges, has the following essential features: the interior of the container is filled with a detergent mass containing numerous point inclusions and a uniform detergent mass of a different color. In a bottom view, the outline of the edge between the detergents forms a wavy line connected to an arcuate line, while in a top view, a circular area is visible in the upper wall of the container, as shown in the attached drawings, Figs. 1 to 4.
