Nowosc i indywidualny charakter wzoru przejawia sie w ksztalcie tacy, który daje mozliwosc ukladania wielu tac w stos j edna na drugiej. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego jest uwidoczniony na zalaczonym rysunku, na którym fig.l przedstawia tace w widoku perspektywicznym z góry i od strony dluzszego boku, fig.2- tace w widoku perspektywicznym z góry i od strony naroza pomiedzy krótkim i dlugim bokiem, fig.3- tace w widoku z góry, fig.4- tace w widoku z dolu, fig.5- tace w widoku perspektywicznym z dolu od strony dlugiego boku,fig.6- tace w widoku perspektywicznym z góry i od strony przeciwleglego dlugiego boku, fig.7- tace w widoku od strony krótszego boku. Taca wedlug wzoru przemyslowego, posiada nastepujace cechy istotne: w widoku z góry i z dolu ma zarys w przyblizeniu prostokata, przy czym obejmuje ona trzy azurowe segmenty, których azur utworzony jest przez wiele wyciec o zarysach prostokatów. Krawedz trzech azurowych segmentów tworzy, w widoku z boku, linie zebata. The novelty and individual character of the design is manifested in the shape of the tray, which allows multiple trays to be stacked one on top of the other. The subject of the industrial design is shown in the attached drawing, in which fig. 1 shows the tray in a perspective view from above and from the long side; fig. 2 shows the tray in a perspective view from above and from the corner between the short and long sides; fig. 3 shows the trays in a top view; fig. 4 shows the trays in a bottom view; fig. 5 shows the trays in a bottom perspective view from the long side; fig. 6 shows the trays in a perspective view from above and from the opposite long side; fig. 7 shows the trays in a view from the shorter side. The tray according to the industrial design has the following essential features: when viewed from above and below, it has an approximately rectangular outline, and comprises three open-work segments, the aperture of which is formed by multiple rectangular-shaped cutouts. The edge of the three open-work segments forms, in a side view, a toothed line.
