Istota wzoru jest nowa postac przedmiotu, przejawiajaca sie w uksztaltowaniu powierzchni oraz umieszczonych na niej elementach ozdobnych. Opakowanie stanowi bryla skladajaca sie z dwóch czesci dolnej i górnej, których ksztalt zewnetrzny ma zarys wycinka okregu przechodzacego w linie prosta luk i linie prosta Czesc dolna opakowania poczawszy od luków, ma wystep na którym znajduje sie element ozdobny w postaci zlotej linii. Górna czesc opakowania ma na swej powierzchni fantazyjnie uksztaltowane litery A pod nimi napis w którym ramiona litery C i y sa fantazyjnie uksztaltowane tworzac zarys zblizony do elipsy. Ramie litery C ma element ozdobny w postaci lezki. Elementy ozdobne sa w kolorze zlotym. PL PL PLThe right to register an ornamental design is valid from March 4, 1999. The subject of the ornamental design is the packaging. The essence of the design is a new form of the object, manifested in the shape of the surface and the decorative elements placed on it. The subject of the design is shown in the attached photographs, in which Fig. 1 shows a frontal view and Fig. 2 shows the lower part. The packaging is a solid composed of two parts: the lower and upper, whose external shape is the outline of a segment of a circle merging into a straight line: an arc and a straight line. The lower part of the packaging, starting from the arcs, has a protrusion on which a decorative element in the form of a gold line is located. The upper part of the packaging has on its surface the fancifully shaped letters A, and below them an inscription, in which the arms of the letters C and Y are fancifully shaped, creating an outline similar to an ellipse. The arm of the letter C has a decorative element in the form of a teardrop. The decorative elements are gold-colored. PL PL PL
