The essence of the industrial design is the new form of the object, manifested in its shape, surface properties, line arrangement, and material structure. The subject of the industrial design is shown in the attached drawing, in which Fig. 1 shows a triangular bathtub in a perspective view, Fig. 2 shows a second triangular bathtub in a perspective view, Fig. 3 shows a third triangular bathtub in a perspective view, Fig. 4 shows a fragment of the surface of the material of the desk, shelf, and seat in a color version, Fig. 5 shows a fragment of the surface of the material of the desk, shelf, and seat in a different color version, Fig. 6 shows a fragment of the surface of the material of the desk, shelf, and seat in a different color version. The bathtub according to the industrial design, shown in Fig. 1, has the form of a prism with a triangular base, the hypotenuse of which is convex outward in an arc and constitutes the front surface of the bathtub. The essence of the bathtub's industrial design is manifested in the characteristic, decorative shape of the seat and the panel for the control and adjustment elements. The console and seat are made of a material with a characteristic structure and surface properties. From above, the bathtub has the shape of a right-angled triangle with rounded corners and a convex hypotenuse. The rounded semicircular apex corner of the triangular bathtub features a step that creates a shelf on which a seat is placed, a marble slab roughly shaped like a semicircle. The two side walls of the bathtub, at the upper edge, terminate in a wavy, fanciful step of unequal width. Both front corners of the bathtub have steps for headrests. On the left side of the bathtub, on its rim, is a panel for the controls and adjustments, in the form of a marble slab. The rear of the console is rectangular, with rounded corners and a longitudinal edge parallel to the bathtub rim, while its front edge is convex in an arc. The console is equipped with mounting holes. The surface of the console and seat is smooth, with a texture typical of polished marble, featuring characteristic veins and color shading. The essential features of the industrial design shown in Fig. 1 include the semicircular shape of the seat plate and the shape of the control panel, as well as the surface properties of the material from which these elements are made, such as smoothness, the arrangement of irregular vein lines, shaded colors, and the texture typical of polished marble. In the next design variation shown in Fig. 2, the essence of the design is revealed in the characteristic structure and surface properties of the material from which the control and adjustment panel and the seat are made. From above, the bathtub has a shape similar to an isosceles right-angled triangle, the hypotenuse of which is convex outward in an arc and forms the front surface of the bathtub.
