Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest butelka przeznaczona do przechowywania produktów spozywczych. Wzór przemyslowy jest uwidoczniony na zalaczonych fotografiach, na których fig. 1- butelke w widoku z przodu, fig. 2 - butelke w widoku z góry, fig. 3 - butelke w widoku perspektywicznym z widokiem na sciane przednia i nakretke, fig. 4 - butelke w widoku z dolu, fig. 5- butelke w widok perspektywicznym w innym rzucie z widokiem na nakretke i scianke przednia, zas fig. 6 przedstawia rysunek butelki w widoku perspektywicznym z widokiem na sciane przednia i nakretke. Cecha istotna przedmiotowego wzoru przemyslowego jest odmienny ksztalt od dotychczas znanych wzorów. Butelka charakteryzuje sie tym, ze posiada zmienna srednice na swojej wysokosci. Przy podstawie i w polowie wysokosci jest najwieksza, a pomiedzy po lagodnym luku krzywizny posiada lagodne wglebienie, które w najwezszym swoim miejscu jest o okolo 1/7 mniejsze od maksymalnej srednicy butelki. Powyzej najwiekszej górnej srednicy butelka zweza sie stozkowo do nakretki, która jest cylindryczna z pionowymi kreskami na polowie wysokosci krawedzi bocznej. The industrial design is shown in the attached photographs, in which Fig. 1 shows the bottle in a front view, Fig. 2 shows the bottle in a top view, Fig. 3 shows the bottle in a perspective view with a view of the front wall and cap, Fig. 4 shows the bottle in a bottom view, Fig. 5 shows the bottle in a perspective view with a view of the cap and front wall, and Fig. 6 shows a drawing of the bottle in a perspective view with a view of the front wall and cap. A significant feature of the subject industrial design is its different shape from previously known designs. The bottle is characterized by a variable diameter at its height. It is largest at the base and midway up, and in between, along a gentle arc of curvature, it has a gentle recess, which at its narrowest point is about 1/7 smaller than the bottle's maximum diameter. Above the greatest upper diameter, the bottle tapers conically to the cap, which is cylindrical with vertical lines at midway up the side edge.
