W odniesieniu do znanych tego rodzaju, zblizonych postaciowo wytworów, uchwyt parasolki wedlug wzoru przemyslowego, wyróznia sie nowa postacia przejawiajaca sie w ksztalcie, ukladzie linii, rysunku i barwie. Na górnej powierzchni, w obnizonej czesci srodkowej, plytka ma wystep w ksztalcie walca o górnej podstawie wypuklej na ksztalt pólkuli z okraglym otworem na wypuklej pólkuliscie powierzchni górnej i na powierzchni bocznej. W otworze na powierzchni górnej usytuowany jest walec o lekko wypuklej górnej podstawie. Równiez na powierzchni dolnej plytki znajduja sie, usytuowane symetrycznie rowki o profilu zaokraglonym. Cechami istotnymi uchwytu parasolki jest to, ze ma ksztalt wygietej lukowo plytki o owalnym zarysie i o zaokraglonych krawedziach. Na górnej powierzchni, w obnizonej czesci srodkowej, plytka ma wystep w ksztalcie walca o górnej podstawie wypuklej na ksztalt pólkuli z okraglym otworem na wypuklej pólkuliscie powierzchni górnej i na powierzchni bocznej. W otworze na powierzchni górnej usytuowany jest walec o lekko wypuklej górnej podstawie. Obok tego wystepu w ksztalcie walca, na powierzchni górnej plytki znajduja sie, symetrycznieusytuowane po obu stronach wystepu, rowki o zarysie w ksztalcie luków i o profilu zaokraglonym. In comparison to known products of this type, similar in form, the umbrella handle according to the industrial design is distinguished by its new form manifested in the shape, arrangement of lines, design, and color. The industrial design is shown in the drawing, in which Fig. 1 shows the umbrella handle in a perspective view from the side and from below, Fig. 2 shows the umbrella handle in a side view, Fig. Figure 3 shows the umbrella holder in a front view, Figure 4 shows the umbrella holder in a top view, Figure 5 shows the umbrella holder in a perspective view from the side and top, and Figure 6 is a photographic reproduction of a parasol holder. The umbrella holder is in the shape of an arc-shaped plate with an oval outline and rounded edges. On the upper surface, in the lowered central part, the plate has a cylindrical projection with an upper base convex in the shape of a hemisphere and a circular opening on the convex hemispherical upper surface and on the lateral surface. Within the opening on the upper surface is a cylinder with a slightly convex upper base. Next to this cylindrical projection, the upper surface of the plate has symmetrically arranged grooves on both sides of the projection with an arc-shaped outline and a rounded profile. The lower surface of the plate also features symmetrically arranged grooves with a rounded profile. The umbrella handle's key features are its shape as an arc-shaped plate with an oval outline and rounded edges. On the upper surface, in the lowered central part, the plate has a cylindrical projection with a convex upper base in the shape of a hemisphere and a circular opening on the convex hemispherical upper surface and on the lateral surface. Within the opening on the upper surface is a cylinder with a slightly convex upper base. Next to this cylindrical projection, the upper surface of the plate features symmetrically arranged grooves with an arc-shaped outline and a rounded profile on both sides of the projection.
