Kazde z rzeszot 1 i 2 zawiera trzy podluzne belki, mianowicie dwie belki zewnetrzne 8 i bel- 15 ke wewnetrzna 9. W otworach 10, 11 belki ze¬ wnetrznej 8 i wewnetrznej 9 sa umieszczone luzno krótkie poprzeczne prety 12, 13, tworzace sita pretowe górnego i dolnego rzeszota. Kazdy pret 12, 13 moze sie przemieszczac w ograniczo- 20 nym stopniu promieniowo i poosiowe. Przy kazdym otwo- 30 rze 10, 11 belek 8, 9 znajduja sie nakladki lozys¬ kowe 18, polaczone rozlacznie z tymi belkami i sluzace 'do zwiekszenia .powierzchni styka pre¬ tów 12, 13 sita w celu zabezpieczenia drgajacych tych pretów 12, 13 i scianek otworów 10, 11 35 przed przedwczesnym odksztalceniem trwalym i zuzyciem. Bronislaw Wasylewicz, named after Zeootn Torun, engineer Tadeusz Sloniowski, engineer Lukasz Palka, engineer Anatol Mackiewicz, engineer Wieslaw Ciuk Biuro Projektów Przemyslu Hutniczego "Biiprohut", Gliwice (Poilsika) Vibrating screen for loose materials, especially hot materials The invention relates to a vibrating screen for bulk materials , especially for solid materials, equipped with two groups of rods, placed springs one above the other and made to vibrate by means of a vibrator, mounted on the lower set. There are vibrating screens of this kind, in which two groups of rods are connected fit together and placed one above the other, they are seated on the base beams by means of flat springs, which allow swinging movements under the influence of the vibrator. These screens are used only for sorting or dewatering loose materials, e.g. coal, fed evenly to the screen from the hopper, fed with material by means of a conveyor. With this feed, the screen is on This screen structure is not, however, suitable for screening hot sinter blocks which, falling on the rigidly bonded masses, caused cracking of their frames and the slats of the supporting springs. Attempts to increase the strength of these screenings also led to an increase in their weight and thus to a deterioration of the working conditions of the supporting springs, which, due to the increased inertia of the screen, were even more frequently damaged. Moreover, the constantly thermally loaded surfaces of the sieves were exposed to the multiplied friction effect of sliding sintered pieces, which forced their frequent replacement. The above-mentioned disadvantages could not be avoided at all and only to a limited extent reduced they are used for the production of the screen of special alloy steels with high strength and specific resistance to abrasion and high temperature. Despite this, the slotted grate screens made of such steel were subject to relatively quick wiping as a result of sliding of the ore sintered lumps on the surface of the screen, which was additionally exposed to the unfavorable effect of the high temperature of the screened sinter, reducing the material resistance sieves for friction and dynamic action of sinter lumps. Since the disadvantages of known screens were not avoided by technological means (specific selection of materials), the task of achieving this goal was set by developing a special screen structure adapted to fulfill its function of a screen in heavy endurance and heat conditions. Therefore, there was a need to develop a vibrating screen structure that would change the conditions of thermal and frictional interaction of the screened sinter on the screen material, in order to reduce its wear and tear 488 203 48 820 4 and, by improving its screening efficiency, would enable the use of good ridging damping. has been solved in such a way that the bars of the screen are mounted loosely in the openings of the longitudinal beams of the riddle frame with the possibility of limited radial and axial movement. Such a free arrangement of the screen rods in the frame allows them to be easily put into a vibrating motion by means of a vibrator, while it has turned out in practice on. this movement consists of radial and axial displacements and rotation of these rods. This complex movement of the screen rods not only reduces the thermal and mechanical load on the screen but also significantly increases the screening efficiency. In particular, the radial and axial movements of the rods increase the efficiency of screening the sinter of the ore, the pieces of which are tapped upwards and instead of slipping - now rolls on these loose rods, thus preventing their free rotation. In relation to the previously existing sliding friction There is now running friction between the ore being screened and the screen material, which significantly reduces the adverse effect of the highly abrasive ore on the screen material. This disadvantageous abrasion is further reduced by the fact that the movement of the rods allows only a short-term contact of the hot ore with a defined section of the cylindrical surface of the rods, which ensures a good cooling of the rods and thus preserves their material's greater wear resistance. Moreover, the possibility of interaction of the entire cylindrical surface of the rods with the screened ore guarantees a longer life of the screen thanks to the increased active surface of the screen. The given technical advantages of free placement of the screen rods, especially its influence on the screening efficiency, made it possible to use a simple and light construction of the screen. the development of such their resilient suspension, the task of which is, first of all, the amortization of the impacts of heavy pieces of ore falling on the screens, especially on the upper ridges. For this reason, the two sets of the screen are connected by spring and the upper wire is suspended by means of spring elements to the upper fixed points. Such a suspension arrangement of the riddle effectively protects them against damage from impacts of pieces of ore, however, it makes it somewhat difficult to transfer vibrations from the lower to the upper one. This disadvantage is avoided sufficiently, however, due to the fact that the elastic suspension of the lower riddle is stiffer than Hanging of the upper riddle. Further features of the screen according to the invention result from the detailed description of its embodiment, shown in the drawing, in which Fig. 1 shows schematically a double deck screen in a perspective view, and Fig. 2 - its cross-section as shown in 1 of the drawing, the vibrating screen consists of two ridges <1 and 2 arranged one above the other, of which the upper riddle 1 is suspended to the upper fixed points by two pairs of spring elements 3 and 4, and the lower ones The riddle 2 is in turn suspended from the upper riddle by two pairs of spring elements 5 and 6. in the springs 4 'and 6, there are regulators 7 for adjusting the suspension flexure 10 and hence the angle of inclination of the blades to provide? optimal. conditions for the screened material to roll over them. Each of the rows 1 and 2 contains three longitudinal beams, namely two external 8 beams and 15 internal beam 9. In the openings 10, 11 the external 8 and internal 9 beams are loosely placed short transverse bars 12, 13, forming the threaded screens of the upper and lower ridges. Each rod 12, 13 can move radially and axially to a limited extent. The axial movement of the bars 12, 13 is limited by flat outer stops 14 in the form of flat bars, connected detachably, e.g. by means of screws 15 to the outer beams 8. 25 The inner beam 9 is provided with a partition 16, if necessary. also serves to limit the axial movement of the bars 12, 13 and in the roof-shaped upper wall 11, which facilitates the sliding of the material onto the rod screens. At each hole 10, 11 of the bars 8, 9 there are bearing pads 18, connected separately to these bars and serving to increase the contact surface of the bars 12, 13 of the screen in order to secure the vibrating bars 12, 13 and the walls of the openings 10, 11 35 against premature deformation and wear. The axial limiters of the rods 12, 13 are made of a series of relatively short separate flat bars, which can be easily detached from the longitudinal beams 8 to replace one or more worn rods 8. Each of the ridges 2 and 2 is equipped on the sides with upper 19 and lower 20 shielding plates, preventing the screened material from spilling out to the sides. 45 A vibrator 21 is attached to the lower riddle 2, driven, for example, by a belt drive 22 by an electric motor 23. The stubble 2 is intended for screening the fine fraction and is therefore put into a vibrating motion more intense than the upper riddle 1, which, thanks to its resilient suspension, is intended primarily to receive large shocks of feed. The rolling of the material on the upper riddle and its coarse sifting is accelerated by the movement of the loose screen rods, which, thanks to their loose seating and low weight, are easily set in motion by means of the vibrator 23, despite the mediation of spring elements 5 , 6. 60 Relatively advantageous due to the invention, the thermal and mechanical load of the screen components allows the use of carbon steel of ordinary quality for their production, while retaining the certainty of movement and long life of the screen. 5 48 820 6 EN
