Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego przedstawiony jest na rysunku, na którym fig.l pokazuje siedzisko uchylne w pozycji rozlozonej, a fig.2 -siedzisko w pozycji zlozonej. Siedzisko zbudowane jest ze skorupy spodniej przymocowanej do stelaza polaczonego dolem z ramionami wsporników oraz oslony wierzchniej nalozonej na skorupe spodnia. Oslona wierzchnia zakonczona jest na calym obwodzie obrzezem skierowanym w strone skorupy spodniej. Siedzisko ma ksztalt prostokata o zaokraglonych narozach polozonych w czesci przedniej siedziska i wybraniach bocznych tworzacych zwezenie prostokata w czesci tylnej. Pobocznica siedziska ma zarys utworzony z luku wychodzacego z powierzchni zewnetrznej oslony wierzchniej przechodzacego w odcinek prosty. Stelaz siedziska utworzony jest z obramowania i poprzeczki laczacej boczne slupki obramowania od strony wsporników. Stelaz ksztaltem przypomina duza litere „A". Siedzisko wyposazone jest w material wandaloodporny. Siedzisko znajduje zastosowanie w pojazdach komunikacji zbiorowej. The essence of the industrial design is reflected in the shape and construction of the tilting seat. The subject of the industrial design is shown in the drawing, where Fig. 1 shows the tilting seat in the unfolded position, and Fig. 2 shows the seat in the folded position. The seat is composed of a bottom shell attached to a frame connected at the bottom to the support arms, and a top cover placed over the bottom shell. The top cover is finished around its entire circumference with a rim facing the bottom shell. The seat is rectangular in shape with rounded corners located at the front of the seat and side recesses forming a narrowing of the rectangle at the rear. The seat side has an outline formed by an arc extending from the outer surface of the top cover, which merges into a straight section. The seat frame is made of a frame and a crossbar connecting the side posts of the frame on the support side. The frame is shaped like a capital letter "A". The seat is equipped with vandal-resistant material. The seat is used in public transport vehicles. The essential features of the industrial design are: 1. the seat has a shape close to a rectangle with rounded corners in the front part and side recesses creating a narrowing in the rear part 2. the seat side has a shape formed by an arc extending from the outer surface of the top cover, which turns into a straight section 3. the bottom shell is attached to the frame 4. the top cover is placed on the bottom shell 5. the top cover is finished around its entire circumference with a rim bent towards the bottom shell 6. a frame made of a frame and a crossbar connecting the side posts of the frame on the side of the supports 7. a frame with a shape resembling the capital letter "A" PL PL
