BUTELK A Prawo z rejestracji wzoru zdobniczego trwa od dnia 06 sierpnia 2001 r. Przedmiotem wzoru zdobniczego jest butelka wykonana z tworzywa sztucznego przeznaczona zwlaszcza jako opakowanie plynnych artykulów chemii gospodarczej. Istota wzoru zdobniczego jest nowa postac przedmiotu przejawiajaca sie w ksztalcie oraz uformowaniu powierzchni. Przedmiot wzoru zdobniczego zostal uwidoczniony na zalaczonym materiale ilustracyjnym, gdzie fig.1 przedstawia butelke od strony szerszej plaszczyzny (strona czolowa), zas fig.2 przedstawia butelke w widoku z boku ustawiona na jasnej kostce. Butelka wedlug wzoru wykonana jest z zielonego tworzywa sztucznego i posiada czerwona nakretke. Jest ona plaska bryla symetryczna wzgledem plaszczyzny czolowej. Butelka w górnej czesci ma rozlegle, obustronne wglebienia na szerokich powierzchniach plaskich ograniczone od góry lukiem. Wglebienia te lagodnie przechodza w strone podstawy butelki na calej jej wysokosci. Z kolei na waskich bokach butelka ma krótkie, symetryczne sciecia u swej podstawy.Butelka ma dwie plaszczyzny symetrii prostopadle do siebie. Butelka jest estetyczna i poreczna, pozwala na wygodne poslugiwanie sie nia glównie z uwagi na pewny chwyt. Butelke wedlug niniejszego wzoru przedstawiono na zalaczonym materiale ilustracyjnym. PL PL PLBOTTLE The right of registration for the ornamental design has been in effect since August 6, 2001. The design is a bottle made of plastic, intended primarily for packaging liquid household chemicals. The essence of the design is the new form of the object, manifested in its shape and surface finish. The design is shown in the attached illustration, where Fig. 1 shows the bottle from a wider plane (front side), while Fig. 2 shows the bottle from a side view placed on a light cube. The bottle, according to the design, is made of green plastic and has a red cap. It is a flat shape symmetrical about the front surface. The bottle's upper part has extensive, bilateral recesses on the wide flat surfaces, bounded by an arc at the top. These recesses gently flow toward the base of the bottle along its entire height. The bottle's narrow sides, in turn, feature short, symmetrical cuts at the base. The bottle has two planes of symmetry perpendicular to each other. The bottle is aesthetically pleasing and easy to handle, primarily due to its secure grip. A bottle modeled after this design is shown in the attached illustration.
