20 30 Odpowietrzanie stosuje sie do betonów o duzej plynnosci, tj. takich jakie sa stosowane w kon¬ strukcjach monolitycznych. Sposób wedlug wynalazku moze byc zasto¬ sowany dodatkowo do istniejacych w technice spo¬ sobów wytwarzania wyrobów z betonu zbrojonego i niezbrojonego. Czesław Kempa, MSc, Eng. Tadeusz Krechowiecki. Patent owner: Przedsiębiorstwo Budownictwa Doswiadczalnego, Warsaw (Poland). Method for manufacturing reinforced and unreinforced concrete products. The subject of the invention is a method for manufacturing reinforced and unreinforced concrete products by means of vacuum-pressure treatment. The previously known methods for manufacturing reinforced and unreinforced concrete products consist in using chemical additives, thermal treatment by means of heating with electric current or low or high pressure steam in order to accelerate the concrete curing process. Chemical additives - apart from plasticizers - usually reduce the concrete's strength, while thermal treatment causes high wear. thermal energy. Known methods of treating fresh concrete, involving vibration, mechanical pressing, or surface or deep de-aeration, also improve the physical properties of concrete by increasing its tightness or by increasing its tightness and partially draining water. Vibration is commonly used mainly to achieve a tight filling of the concrete mass in the form; it does not cause dehydration of the concrete and is applicable only to concretes of vibratory consistency, i.e., not very fluid. Mechanical pressing of concrete products is used to a limited extent due to the need to use very high pressures. 20 30 Air venting is used for highly fluid concretes, i.e., those used in monolithic structures. Surface venting performed with known devices such as shields, mats, or active formwork has a limited operating depth of approximately 15 cm. To increase the venting range, deep venting is sometimes used using known devices, namely vacuum tubes or vacuum-pressure tubes. The pressure applied in the vacuum-pressure tubes does not participate in the concrete dewatering process, but only serves to enable the tube to be removed from the concrete after the venting process is completed, preventing it from becoming stuck in the concrete. In practice, deep deaeration using these devices has not been used due to uneven drainage of the methane mass and the possibility of creating air caverns after removing the deaeration tubes, and an increase in the range of deaeration is achieved by means of two-sided surface deaeration. The method for manufacturing reinforced and unreinforced concrete products according to the invention, consisting in the combined dewatering and compaction of the previously vibrated concrete mass by applying negative pressure and subjecting it to an appropriately high overpressure and vibrating, eliminates the above-mentioned shortcomings and inconveniences, giving maximum results. In the method according to the invention, the assumed reliable strength of concrete is achieved with a reduced amount of cement and accelerating the maturing process of concrete products and increasing their resistance to low temperatures. The method for manufacturing reinforced and unreinforced concrete products according to the invention consists in subjecting freshly formed concrete to negative and positive pressure and vibrating, during which the concrete loses a significant part of the excess water unnecessary for the chemical setting and hardening process, and the concrete mass is thoroughly compacted by filling the spaces created as a result of removing the excess water with concrete. The method according to the invention can be used to manufacture reinforced and unreinforced concrete products, prefabricated elements 4 and those manufactured on site, whereby significant savings in cement are achieved thanks to better use of its binding properties. The method according to the invention can be used in addition to existing methods of manufacturing reinforced and unreinforced concrete products.
