3, 25 lecz w podzialce powiekszonej, fig. 5 — widok z boku silownika przedstawionego na fig. 4, a fig. 6 — uklad przewodów rurowych.Na rysunku liczba 10 oznaczono ogólnie prase z szeregiem ulozonych jedna nad druga docisko- 30 wych plyt 12, umieszczonych miedzy podstawa 15 20 498113 X 49811 14 a tloczna glowica 16. Czop 82 uchwytu wchodzi do wyzlobienia 84 (fig. Odgalezienie do doprowadzania czynnika napedowego, oznaczone ogólnie liczba 97. Drugie odgalezienie 114, zawierajace zawór w 116, sterowany elektrycznie, redukcyjny zawór 118 i zwrotny zawór 120, jest polaczone z prze¬ wodem 105 odgalezien 104, znajdujacymi sie miedzy zaworami 108 z rozdzielaczami 110. A zatem cisnienie czynnika doprowa¬ dzanego do silowników moze wynosic 1 atn, a cisnienie robocze czynnika w przewodzie 100 wy¬ nosi na przyklad 7 atn. 25 PL PLPriority 19 Ul. 1963 Szuuecja Published: 20 VII. 1965 49811 KI. 54e, 1 MKP D 21 j UKD 1/M. Patent owner: Defibraitor Aktiebolag, Szitofeholm (Sweden) Device for multi-plate presses for manufacturing sheets or boards of fibrous material, for example wood fibres The invention relates to a device for multi-plate presses for manufacturing sheets or boards of fibrous material, for example wood fibres. Such a device comprises a stack of heated pressure plates between which semi-finished products in the form of sheets or boards are placed, arranged on screen cloths unwinding from rollers or the like. These blanks are subjected to pressure and temperature, or temperature alone, between pressure plates. After finishing the blanks between the pressure plates, they are removed from the press, and the screen cloths are simultaneously wound back onto their rollers. With similar devices used to date, it turned out that automatic winding of the cloth could not be achieved; the screen cloth was wound onto the rollers in imprecise layers, leaving uneven gaps between them, so that the screen cloth hindered the machine's operation when the next batch of blanks was introduced. Therefore, when winding the fabric onto the rollers, it had to be manually adjusted each time, which was tedious and time-consuming, resulting in reduced press efficiency. The aim of the invention is to eliminate this drawback of known devices and to ensure that the screen fabric automatically arranges itself on the rollers during winding in even, compact layers. This is achieved primarily by applying a pulling force to the free end of the screen fabric using stretching elements, on the one hand, and by generating a pulling force using servomotors that drive individual rollers arranged in the opposite direction to the movement of the stretching links, on the other. As a result, the fabric is kept taut, especially during winding onto the rollers. Both the stretching elements and the actuators are usually designed so that they act on the screen fabrics even after they have been wound onto the rollers. The invention will be described in more detail with reference to the drawing, which shows, by way of example, a device according to the invention, wherein Fig. 1 shows the press in a side view, Fig. 2 - a side view of the pressure plate with the screen fabric and the driving links in an enlarged scale, Fig. 3 - the device in a horizontal view, Fig. 4 - a partial cross-section, the actuator with its elements in a horizontal view as in Fig. 3, but in an enlarged scale, Fig. 5 - a side view of the actuator shown in Fig. 4, and Fig. 6 - the arrangement of the pipes. In the drawing, the number 10 generally designates a press with a series of pressure plates 12 arranged one above the other, placed between a base 15 and a pressing head 16. A heating medium, for example steam, is supplied to these plates under pressure in a known manner. The pressure plates are moved vertically up and down between a position in which they are placed at a distance from each other enabling the introduction of blanks, and a position in which the blanks are compressed between the plates and subjected to hydraulic pressure. This device is known and, as it does not fall within the scope of the invention, it will not be described in detail. In front of each pressure plate, a roller 18 is arranged on which a screen cloth 20 is wound. The free end of the screen cloth can be kept under tension by pulling it in the longitudinal direction by means of a tensioning device 22 and attached by means of a hook 26 to a draw bar 24. This draw bar is longer than the pressure plate. The other end of the draw bar is attached by means of a connecting rod 28 to an element 30 which works in tension. In this embodiment of the device, the element 30 is common to all the screen cloths and therefore the height of the roll is almost equal to the height of the assembly of all the pressure plates of the press. The actuator 32 actuates the element 30 and moves it along the beam 34 by means of pulleys 36, 38 adjacent to this beam. The shafts 18 of the device according to the invention are individually driven by a cylinder 40 (Fig. 4). The driving medium of the cylinder may be a liquid, but compressed air is usually used. The drive of the shafts has a variable speed, depending on the load. The protruding shaft 42 of the cylinder is coupled to the shaft 18 by means of a dog clutch 43 or similar, so that the clutch can be engaged or disengaged by axial displacement of the clutch. A known cylinder with a rotor having an idle speed of over 10,000 rpm is used. The transverse dimensions of the actuator are smaller than the dimensions of the space occupied by the pressure plate 12 or by the mesh fabric 20 wound on the shaft 18. The driving medium is supplied through a pipe coupling 44 to a hose connector (not shown) connected to the source of the driving medium. The actuator is located in a housing 46, which is part of the device housing. It has a projection 48 serving to limit the movement of the actuator in the direction of the shaft 18. Mounted in the housing 46 are a support 50 and a pipe 52 parallel to it, as well as a pipe 54 parallel to the housing in the longitudinal direction. The pipe 54 has a projection 56 at its end, on which two arms 58 are mounted in a rotatable manner on bearings around a journal 60. The arms 58 pass around the free front part of the actuator and are activated by means of a ratchet lock 62, comprising a hook 64, which engages a pin 66 connected to the arms 58. The ratchet lock has an arm 68 mounted in bearings on the housing 46 and in the lowered position presses the arms 58 against the actuator 40, thus securing its position. Cooling air is supplied through a gap 70 formed between the housing 46 and the actuator 40. After the cooling air has passed the flanges 74 of the actuator, it escapes through the holes 76 in the housing 46. The holder 78 is attached by means of screws 80 to one side edge of the pressure plate 12. The pin 82 of the holder engages in a recess 84 (Fig. 5) on the end part of the support 50. The conical part 88 of the pin 86 is mounted in a hole in the holder 78 and is rigidly connected to the support 50. A helical spring 90 is mounted on the pin 86, which is mounted between the holder and the disc 92, provided with holes and fixed by means of nuts 94. The spring 90 presses the holder firmly against the support 50. The pin 82 secures the stand against rotating 20 around the pin 86. This ensures constant pressure of the actuator 40 against the shaft 18. If it is necessary to remove the actuator 40 for inspection or replacement, it is only necessary to loosen the ratchet lock 62 so that the arms 58 can be swung aside, thereby releasing the actuator. In case of replacing the screen cloth, the stand must be removed by pressing the spring 90, removing the claw clutch 43 and disconnecting the pin 62 from the support 50. The stand with the actuator can then be rotated by 90°, which facilitates access to the roller 18 and its possible removal. The rollers 18 are supported at one end by the described stand and the actuator 40, 35 and at the other end by a bearing support 91 mounted on the holder 78 (fig. Z). According to fig. 6, the pipe 96 leading from the source of the compressed medium branches in two directions; One branch 40 supplies the actuator with the driving medium, while the other one supplies the cooling medium, in both cases mainly air. A branch for supplying the driving medium, generally designated by the number 97. It branches into two branches 100 and 114, one of which branch 100 is connected to a distributor 102 from which several pipe lines 104 branch off. Each of these lines is provided with an air lubricator 106 and an electrically controlled valve 108. The lines 104 lead to smaller distributors 110, connected to four actuators 40 by means of a number of pipe lines 112. In this case, the distributor 102 has five branches 104, each of which supplies four actuators 40. The number of pressure plates 12 is therefore twenty in this embodiment. A branch 114, comprising a valve 116, an electrically controlled pressure reducing valve 118 and a non-return valve 120, is connected to a line 105 of branches 104, located between valves 108 and distributors 110. The discharge medium supplied to the cylinders 40, 65 through the pipe line 114 has a significantly lower pressure than the medium in the pipe line 100. Thus, the pressure of the medium supplied to the cylinders can be 1 atm, and the working pressure of the medium in the line 100 is, for example, 7 atm. Cooling air is supplied to the distributor through a branch 122, provided with a closing valve 124 and a regulating valve 126. 128, which is connected by means of branches 130 to distributors 132 with a smaller number of branches, for example with four branches 134. Each of the branches 134 is connected to a pipe union 72. The cooling air pressure is relatively low. The carriage 136 on wheels 138 is divided into compartments by means of horizontal rows of rollers 140. On these rollers, moist semi-finished products are placed in quantities corresponding to the number of pressure plates 12 in the press 10. The carriage is positioned exactly on the loading side of the press 10 and then moves the semi-finished products so far that they are placed on the appropriate screen cloths 20. This can be done by means of a single cylinder 142, which, by means of By means of a gear 144, one roller 140 in each row is activated. Then, the stretching element 30 is activated, which unwinds one screen cloth over each pressure plate, taking the cloth with it. When the element 30 reaches its end position, the press is activated, subjecting the blanks to pressure and temperature. This removes the water contained in the blanks and gives them their final shape. After the pressure plates are moved apart, the fabric 20 is wound back onto the corresponding roller 18, and the finished fibrous sheets or fiber plates are removed from the press, after which the process is repeated. According to the invention, the screen fabrics 20 are kept in a stretched state throughout the entire technological process. During the drawing of the blanks on the screen fabrics between the pressure plates 12, the clutch of the actuator 40 can be disengaged, because the screen fabrics encounter resistance offered by the blanks. When the fabrics 20 are wound on the rollers 18, the cylinders 40 are supplied with a high-pressure discharge medium through the pipes 96, 97, 100, 102, 104, 105, 110, and 112. Valves 106 are then opened and valve 116 is closed. The resultant moment of the cylinders is now greater than the counteracting moment of element 30. During this operation, uniform winding of the screen cloth is ensured, as it is constantly kept under tension. In the rest position, the cylinders operate at a lower operating pressure, so that the screen cloth cannot partially wind. The pressure medium is then supplied through lines 96, 97, 114, 105, 110, 112, valve 116 is open and valves 108 are closed. The actuators 40 can also be kept in motion at a low operating pressure 811 6 while drawing the screen cloths between the pressure plates. When the speed of movement of the screen cloth on the pressure plate remains constant, it is clear that the rotational speed of the rollers 18 changes, this speed increasing when the diameter of the roll of cloth decreases and vice versa. The construction of the actuator 40 is adapted to work under such conditions. 10 Of course, the invention is not limited to the illustrated embodiment of the device, but may in many respects, within the framework of the basic idea, encompass various variations. For example, the unwinding and drawing of the screen fabric between the pressure plates 12 may be carried out by means of individual cylinders of the same type as described above. The material processed in the multi-plate press 20 may also consist entirely or partially of peat, inorganic fibers, fine-grained or powdered material, of organic or inorganic origin.
