Nowosc i indywidualny charakter wzoru przejawia sie w ksztalcie przykrywki na pojemnik aerozolowy. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego jest uwidoczniony na zalaczonym rysunku, na którym fig.1 przedstawia przykrywke na pojemnik aerozolowy w widoku perspektywicznym, fig.2- przykrywke w widoku z przodu, fig.3- przykrywke w widoku z góry, a fig.4- fragment przekroju przykrywki. Przykrywka na pojemnik aerozolowy wedlug wzoru przemyslowego, posiada nastepujace cechy istotne: ma ksztalt bryly zlozonej z trzech segmentów, w której segment dolny ma ksztalt walca i stanowi kolnierz przykrywki,segment srodkowy ma ksztalt okolo szesciokrotnie wyzszego walca. Segment górny ma ksztalt stozka scietego, którego sciana górna jest utworzona przez plaska powierzchnie obwiedziona krawedzia zlozona z dziesieciu lukowatych zarysów, przy czym w centrum sciany znajduje sie zarys kolisty. Na powierzchni bocznej srodkowego i górnego segmentu znajduje sie po dziesiec ozdobnych profilowanych naprzemiennie wypuklosci i wglebien, które w widoku z góry, tworza zarys falisty, jak przedstawiono na zalaczonym rysunku, fig.l do 4.FIG . 1FIG. 2 FIG. 3 FIG. 4 PL PLCreator of the industrial design: Wolfgang HUEMER. The novelty and individual character of the design are manifested in the shape of the aerosol canister lid. The subject of the industrial design is shown in the attached drawing, in which Fig. 1 shows the aerosol canister lid in a perspective view, Fig. 2 - the lid in a front view, Fig. 3 - the lid in a top view, and Fig. 4 - a fragment of the cross-section of the lid. The aerosol canister lid, according to the industrial design, has the following essential features: it has the shape of a solid composed of three segments, in which the lower segment is cylindrical and forms the flange of the lid, and the middle segment is in the shape of a cylinder approximately six times higher. The upper segment has the shape of a truncated cone, the upper wall of which is formed by a flat surface surrounded by an edge composed of ten arc-shaped contours, with a circular contour in the center of the wall. On the lateral surfaces of the middle and upper segments there are ten decorative, profiled alternating convexities and recesses, which, when viewed from above, create a wavy contour, as shown in the attached drawings, Figs. 1 to 4.
