Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest regal ekspozycyjny, przeznaczony szczególnie do ekspozycji kosmetyków i srodków zapachowych. Istote wzoru przemyslowego stanowi nowa postac regalu przejawiajaca sie w ksztalcie i ukladzie elementów zmierzajacych do celów estetycznych. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego przedstawiono na zalaczonym rysunku, na którym fig. 1 przedstawia regal w widoku od strony frontowej, zas fig.2 jest przekrojem poprzecznym przez regal. Zgodnie ze wzorem przemyslowym i jak przedstawiono na zalaczonym rysunku regal ekspozycyjny jest utworzony z podestu i , na którym oparte sa kolumny 2 zwienczone kapitelem 3 i zlaczone plyta 4, na której posadowiony jest ozdobny portal 5, natomiast w kolumnach 2 osadzone pólki 6 a pólki 6 wraz z kolumnami 2 sa osloniete tylna scianka 7, jak przedstawiono na fig.1 i fig.2. Cechy istotne wzoru przemyslowego Regal ekspozycyjny jest utworzony z podestu, na którym oparte sa kolumny zwienczone kapitelem i zlaczone plyta, na której posadowiony jest ozdobny portal, natomiast w kolumnach osadzone pólki, a pólki wraz z kolumnami sa osloniete tylna scianka, jak przedstawiono na fig.1 i fig.2. PL PLThe subject of the industrial design is a display shelf, intended specifically for displaying cosmetics and fragrances. The essence of the industrial design is a new form of the shelf, manifested in the shape and arrangement of elements aimed at aesthetic purposes. The subject of the industrial design is shown in the attached drawing, in which Fig. 1 shows the shelf from the front, while Fig. 2 is a cross-section of the shelf. According to the industrial design and as shown in the attached drawing, the display shelf is composed of a platform i, on which columns 2 rest, topped with a capital 3 and connected by a panel 4, on which a decorative portal 5 is placed. Columns 2 contain shelves 6, and shelves 6, together with columns 2, are covered by a rear wall 7, as shown in Figs. 1 and 2. Essential features of the industrial design The display shelf is made of a platform on which columns are supported, topped with capitals and connected by a plate on which a decorative portal is placed, while shelves are embedded in the columns, and the shelves together with the columns are covered by a rear wall, as shown in Fig. 1 and Fig. 2.
