Etykieta Prawo z rejestracji wzoru trwa od dnia :30 lipca 1999 Przedmiotem wzoru zdobniczego jest etykieta. Istote wzoru stanowi nowa postac etykiety, przeja- wiajaca sie w jej grafice. Przedmiot wzoru zdobniczego jest uwidoczniony na zalaczonym rysunku, który przedstawia etykiete w widoku z przodu. Etykieta wedlug wzoru, majaca ksztalt prostokatny, charakteryzuje sie tym, ze jej pole podzielone jest na dwie czesci, przy czym grafika lewej czesci etykiety obejmuje srebrne tlo, a na nim czarne napisy, pasek poprzeczny podzie- lony na prostokatne pola w barwach niebiesko- zielono- zól- to-pomaranczowo-czerwonych oraz znak graficzno-slowny usytuo- wany w prawym dolnym narozu tla. Grafika prawej czesci ety- kiety obejmuje biale tlo, czarne napisy slowne i cyfrowe orazznak graficzno-slowny usytuowany w poblizu prawej krawedzi etykiety.
