Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest butelka plaska z ozdobna szyjka przeznaczona do napojów, w tym szczególnie do napojów alkoholowych. Istote wzoru - w odniesieniu do powszechnie znanych wzorów butelek - stanowi jej oryginalny ksztalt, w tym ksztalt jej odmiany z umiejscowiona na szyjce tej odmiany ozdobna rozetka. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego uwidoczniony jest na zalaczonych rysunkach, na których fig. 1 - przedstawia widok z przodu butelki, fig. la - przedstawia widok z boku, fig. Ib - przedstawia rzut z góry butelki, natomiast fig. 2 - przedstawia widok z przodu odmiany butelki, fig. 2a - przedstawia widok z boku tej odmiany oraz fig. 2b - przedstawia rzut z góry tej odmiany butelki. Jak pokazano na rysunkach fig. 1, fig. la i fig. Ib - szyjka butelki zakonczona u góry gwintowanym nadlewem - ponizej ma ksztalt barylki o wypuklych na zewnatrz sciankach. Barylka ta laczy sie z plaskim korpusem butelki, którego kontury w widoku z przodu, w górnej czesci, maja ksztalt pólkolisty, a ponizej maja ksztalt prostokata o narozach zaokraglonych przy podstawie butelki. W widoku z góry korpus butelki ma ksztalt figury, której dwa dluzsze równolegle boki odpowiadajace plaskiej czolowej i tylnej sciance butelki sa proste, a krótsze boki - odpowiadajace sciankom bocznym butelki sa pólkoliste. W górnej czesci korpusu, zarówno na przedniej, czolowej sciance, jak tez na "tylnej sciance korpusu zarysowany jest pasek wklesly do srodka butelki zanikajacy na je j bocznych sciankach.Natomiast w dolej czesci korpusu, w poblizu podstawy umiejscowiony jest pasek wklesly na calym obwodzie butelki. Odmiana butelki przedstawiona na rysunkach fig. 2, fig. 2a i fig. 2b - rózni sie od wzoru przedstawionego na rysunkach fig. 1, fig. la, fig. Ib - ozdobna rozetka umiejscowiona na szyjce butelki. Tak wiec szyjka odmiany butelki zakonczona u góry gwintowanym nadlewem - ponizej ma ksztalt barylki. Barylka ta laczy sie z plaskim korpusem butelki, którego kontury w widoku z przodu, w górnej czesci maja ksztalt pólkolisty, a ponizej maja ksztalt prostokata o narozach zaokraglonych przy podstawie butelki. Ponadto z przodu na szyjce butelki umiejscowiony jest ozdobny nadlew w postaci dekoracyjnej rozetki, zas w górnej czesci korpusu zarówno na przedniej czolowej sciance, jak tez na tylnej sciance korpusu zarysowany jest waski pasek wklesly do srodka butelki zanikajacy na je j bocznych sciankach. Natomiast w dolnej czesci korpusu, w poblizu podstawy umiejscowiony jest pasek analogiczny, lecz wklesly na calym obwodzie butelki. W widoku z góry korpus butelki ma ksztalt figury, której dwa dluzsze, równolegle boki odpowiadajace plaskiej czolowej i tylnej sciance butelki sa proste, a krótsze boki, odpowiadajace sciankom bocznym butelki sa pólkoliste. Odmiany butelki: fig. 1, fig. la i fig. Ib - przedstawia butelke z ozdobna szyjka; fig. 2, fig. 2a i fig. 2b - przedstawia odmiane butelki z ozdobna szyjka. The essence of the design—relative to commonly known bottle designs—is its original shape, including the shape of a variant with a decorative rosette on the neck of this variant. The industrial design is shown in the attached drawings, in which Fig. 1 shows a front view of the bottle, Fig. 1a shows a side view, Fig. 1b shows a top view of the bottle, while Fig. 2 shows a front view of this variant, Fig. 2a shows a side view of this variant, and Fig. 2b shows a top view of this variant. As shown in Fig. 1, Fig. 1a, and Fig. 1b, the bottle neck terminates at the top with a threaded riser—below, it has the shape of a barrel with outwardly convex walls. This barrel connects to the flat body of the bottle, whose contours, seen from the front, are semicircular at the top, and below, are rectangular with rounded corners at the base. Viewed from above, the bottle body is shaped like a figure whose two longer, parallel sides, corresponding to the flat front and rear walls of the bottle, are straight, while the shorter sides, corresponding to the side walls of the bottle, are semicircular. In the upper part of the body, both on the front, front wall and on the "rear wall" of the body, there is a stripe drawn concave towards the center of the bottle, disappearing on its side walls. Meanwhile, in the lower part of the body, near the base, there is a stripe concave along the entire circumference of the bottle. The bottle variant shown in Fig. 2, Fig. 2a and Fig. 2b differs from the design shown in Fig. 1, Fig. 1a and Fig. 1b - a decorative rosette placed on the bottle neck. Thus, the neck of this bottle variant, finished at the top with a threaded boss, has the shape of a barrel below. This barrel connects to the flat body of the bottle, the contours of which in the front view, in the upper part are semicircular, and below they are rectangular with rounded corners at the base of the bottle. Furthermore, At the front of the bottle neck, a decorative rosette is placed, while in the upper part of the body, both on the front face and on the back face, a narrow strip is outlined, concave towards the center of the bottle, disappearing on its side walls. In the lower part of the body, near the base, there is an analogous strip, but concave around the entire circumference of the bottle. Viewed from above, the bottle body has the shape of a figure whose two longer, parallel sides, corresponding to the flat front and back faces of the bottle, are straight, and the shorter sides, corresponding to the side walls of the bottle, are semicircular. The essential features of the design are: a decorative neck in barrel-shaped, and a decorative rosette overlay placed in the bottle variant; - a characteristic body shape with a flat front and back wall and convex side walls; - a concave narrow strip in the upper part of the body located on the front and back walls and disappearing on the side walls; - a circumferential concave strip near the base of the bottle.
