Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest szafka boczna stanowiaca umeblowanie lazienki i przeznaczona zasadniczo do ustawienia obok szafki podumywalkowej. Szafka w ksztalcie prostopadloscianu sklada sie z korpusu, który tworza: sciany boczne, podloga, blat i poprzeczki laczace sciany boczne, z pojedynczych drzwiczek z uchwytami oraz z szuflad lub wneki. Podloga szafki posiada osadzone od dolu nózki, na których stoi szafka. W znanych ze stosowania szafkach o ksztalcie prostopadloscianu cala frontowa powierzchnie zakrywaja drzwiczki i plyty czolowe szuflad. Szafka stanowiaca przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego posiada cechy nowosci i oryginalnosci, którymi sa: osadzenie drzwiczek i szuflad takie, ze ich powierzchnie czolowe sa zrównane z powierzchnia czo- lowa elementów korpusu szafki, to jest scian bocznych, podlogi, blatu i poprzeczek, co w polaczeniu z zastosowaniem róznych barw tych elementów uwidacznia oryginalnosc wy- gladu szafki. Oryginalne jest tez zastosowanie nózek o przekroju kwadratowym i metalicz- nym wygladzie zamocowanych od spodu w narozach podlogi. W odmiennym wykonaniu szafka zamiast szuflad posiada wneke z pólkami. Szafka wedlug wzoru wystepuje w trzech odmianach. Odmiana nr 1 przedstawiona na fig.l i fig.4 z dwoma drzwiczkami i trzema szufladami wystepuje w zestawieniu kolorystycznym, w którym elementy korpusu szafki maja wyglad drewnopodobny a drzwiczki i plyty czolowe szuflad sa biale z polyskiem. Odmiana nr 2 przedstawiona na fig.2 i fig. 5 z dwoma drzwiczkami i trzema szufladami wystepuje w zestawieniu kolorystycznym, w którym elementy korpusu szafki sa koloru grafitowego a drzwiczki i plyty czolowe szuflad sa koloru czerwonego. Odmiana nr 3 przedstawiona na fig.3 i fig.6 z dwoma drzwiczkami i wneka z dwoma pól- kami wystepuje w zestawieniu kolorystycznym, w którym elementy korpusu szafki i pólki maja wyglad drewnopodobny a drzwiczki i sciana tylna wneki sa biale z polyskiem. The cuboid-shaped cabinet consists of a body consisting of side walls, a floor, a countertop, and crossbars connecting the side walls, a single door with handles, and a drawer or recess. The cabinet floor has legs mounted at the bottom, on which the cabinet rests. In the well-known cuboid-shaped cabinets, the entire front surface is covered by the doors and drawer fronts. The cabinet that constitutes the subject of the industrial design possesses novel and original features, including: the mounting of doors and drawers so that their front surfaces are flush with the front surfaces of the cabinet body elements, i.e., the side walls, floor, top, and crossbars. This, combined with the use of different colors for these elements, highlights the cabinet's original appearance. The use of square, metallic-look legs attached from underneath to the corners of the floor is also original. In a different design, the cabinet has a recess with shelves instead of drawers. The cabinet according to the design is available in three varieties. Variation No. 1, shown in Fig. 1 and Fig. 4, with two doors and three drawers, comes in a color scheme in which the cabinet body elements have a wood-like appearance, while the doors and drawer fronts are glossy white. Variation No. 2, shown in Fig. 2 and Fig. 5, with two doors and three drawers, comes in a color combination in which the cabinet body elements are graphite gray and the doors and drawer front panels are red. Variation No. 3, shown in Fig. 3 and Fig. 6, with two doors and a recess with two shelves, comes in a color combination in which the cabinet body elements and shelves have a wood-like appearance and the doors and recess back wall are glossy white. Essential features of the industrial design: Doors and drawers are positioned so that the door surfaces and drawer fronts are flush with the front surfaces of the cabinet body elements, i.e., the side walls, floor, countertop, and crossbars connecting the side walls. This, combined with the use of different colors for these elements, highlights the cabinet's original appearance. A different cabinet design incorporates recesses with shelves instead of drawers.
