Nowosc i indywidualny charakter wzoru przejawia sie w ksztalcie odswiezacza powietrza. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego jest uwidoczniony na zalaczonym rysunku, na którym fig.l przedstawia odswiezacz powietrza w widoku perspektywicznym z tylu, fig.2- odswiezacz powietrza w widoku perspektywicznym z przodu, fig.3- odswiezacz powietrza w widoku tylu, fig.4- odswiezacz powietrza w widoku z dolu, a fig.5- odswiezacz powietrza w widoku z boku.Odswiezacz powietrza wedlug wzoru przemyslowego, obejmujacy korpus oraz wklad zapachowy, posiada nastepujace cechy istotne: korpus ma w widoku z tylu zarys figury owalnej, zas w widoku z góry i z boku ma zarys prostokata, którego krótsze boki sa lukowate. Sciana tylna i sciany boczne korpusu podzielone sa pozioma linia podzialowa, która stanowi krawedz odchylnej pokrywy korpusu. Wewnatrz korpusu znajduje sie wklad zapachowy, którego krawedz górna ma zarys falisty i w polu, którego znajduje sie wiele otworów o zarysach kolistych, o zróznicowanej wielkosci, jak przedstawiono na zalaczonym rysunku, fig.l do 5.FIG.1F1G.2 FIG.3 FIG.4 FIG.5 PL PL3/ Stuart Michael Ruan JONES Design registration valid from: 17 April 2003 Priority: 18 October 2002 (Great Britain) The subject of the industrial design is an air freshener. The novelty and individual character of the design are reflected in the shape of the air freshener. The subject of the industrial design is shown in the attached drawing, in which Fig. 1 shows the air freshener in a rear perspective view, Fig. 2 - the air freshener in a front perspective view, Fig. 3 - the air freshener in a rear view, Fig. 4 - the air freshener in a bottom view, and Fig. 5 - the air freshener in a side view. The air freshener according to the industrial design, comprising a body and a fragrance insert, has the following essential features: in a rear view, the body has the outline of an oval figure, while in top and side views, it has the outline of a rectangle whose shorter sides are arcuate. The back wall and side walls of the body are divided by a horizontal dividing line, which constitutes the edge of the body's hinged cover.
