Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest uchwyt montazowy sluzacy do mocowania listew przypodlogowych. Istota wzoru jest charakterystyczna postac przedmiotu przejawiajaca sie w uksztaltowaniu uchwytu, które wplywa zarówno na estetyke przedmiotu jak i zapewnia jego duza funkcjonalnosc i trwalosc. Uchwyt zostal przedstawiony na zalaczonym materiale ilustracyjnym w rysunku schematycznym, na którym fig. 1 przedstawia uchwyt w widoku czolowym, zas fig.2 uchwyt w widoku z boku. Uchwyt wg wzoru ma ksztalt zblizony do stylizowanej litery „T" w której górnej czesci - poziomej poprzeczce, centralnie w osi symetrii uchwytu, usytuowany jest okragly otwór z owalnym wytloczeniem dookola, zas krawedzie poprzeczki sa zagiete lukowo i skrajnie po bokach na koncach ramion, w czesci górnej i dolnej maja zagiete uchwytki montazowe w ksztalcie zblizonym do odwróconej o 45 stopni litery „U", z trójkatnymi zabkami usytuowanymi skrajnie na koncach, zas w widoku czolowym uchwytki maja zarys zblizony do prostokata. Pionowy trzon uchwytu ma zarys prostokatny i od polowy dlugosci rozszerza sie symetrycznie po obu stronach, do dolu, tworzac zarys zblizony do trójkata o scietych dolnych narozach, zas podstawa zagieta jest prostopadle do trzonu uchwytu i ma zarys zblizony do prostokata, jak pokazano na zalaczonym materiale ilustracyjnym, fig.l, fig.2. The essence of the design is the distinctive form of the item, manifested in the shape of the bracket, which affects both its aesthetics and ensures its high functionality and durability. The bracket is shown in the attached illustrative material in a schematic drawing, where Fig. 1 shows the bracket from the front, and Fig. 2 shows the bracket from the side. The handle according to the pattern has a shape similar to a stylized letter "T", in which in the upper part - the horizontal crossbar, centrally in the axis of symmetry of the handle, there is a round hole with an oval embossing around it, while the edges of the crossbar are bent in an arc and extremely on the sides at the ends of the arms, in the upper and lower parts there are bent mounting handles in the shape similar to the letter "U" inverted by 45 degrees, with triangular teeth located at the extreme ends, while in the frontal view the handles have an outline similar to a rectangle. The vertical handle shaft has a rectangular outline and from the middle of its length it widens symmetrically on both sides, downwards, creating an outline close to a triangle with cut lower corners, while the base is bent perpendicularly to the handle shaft and has an outline close to a rectangle, as shown in the attached illustrations, fig. 1, fig. 2.
